that same thing happened to me today. I used to have the same one you had then outta nowhere I log in today and see this monstrosity of a ui. Anyway I haven't tried it yet but I read somewhere that if you delete netflix and redownload it you may get the other UI back, it's a toss up tho, some ppl did that several times and achieved getting the better interface back while others haven't.

I find it funny tho that from what i've read everyone actually hates that side scrolling interface on netflix and have complained to netflix about it and yet netflix refuses to get rid of it and instead pushes it on others.

This old forum should help with the redownloading games thing. The welcome back games are just like anything you've bought in the psn in that they're yours to keep and redownload as many times as you want.

This morning, via Twitter, Lulzsec bragged that it had compiled Sony Computer Entertainment's Developer Network source code.
