human thinking is the reason chess is still more popular than single player video games

but theres still some great games out there with single player like metal gear solid 4

in single player games there will always be loop holes and hacks around a enemys AI...always, but not against another human, you beat that human fair and square...

If you're talking about in-engine, in-game visuals, then no game has surpassed even 1995's Toy Story by Pixar, especially in terms of texture resolution:

At the very least, the best looking in-game visuals look on-par with Toy Story 1, but if it is graphically superior, it is a very minute and insignificant difference.

yea i seen like 5 ufos in my lifetime, so i bought a camcorder to record it next time i see one...there has been an increase in ufo sightings in the past few years because we are coming close to the year 2012 when the earth will go through some major changes in 2013... the universe is so big that theres a buffet of life in it...

If your talking about the latest CGI they will never match the latest CGI when it is new. The reason is CGI is always getting better with new technology.

But if you talk about CGI from the 90s I would say PC games are close maybe next generation. Console I think two gens from now.
