One of my favorite classic animes got a remake last year and it ROCKS!!The new theme song is addictive too! If only the mangas weren't so hard to get :P

For a long time i've been wanting to remodel my favorite RPG bosses, well i finally got off my ass and started :P

It's still work in progress so it's not fully modelled yet and i can't texture it then prep it for being able to animate. I'm adding some of my own touches here and there while trying to keep the overall feel of the boss the same :)

next on my list is Bizarro Sephiroth or Ultimecia/Griever :twisted:

In case you're curious as to what i'm actually modelling, i'm merely trying to pay tribute to Deus and Omega Metempsychosis. Deus is one of the final bosses in Xenogears and Omega Metempsychosis is a boss in xenosaga episode 3 that resembles Deus a LOT.

This is the list of my favorite video game AND anime soundtracks :) This list is quite lengthy so take a minute to get some food and drinks!

10. Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross OST
lots of catchy tunes that stick in your head for DAYS!! everytime i hear a song from these soundtracks i find myself starting a new game lol. I included Chrono Cross because it's set in the same world as Chrono Trigger and both games also have kind of the same musical style so it's very hard to include one game and not the other.

9.Star Ocean: Till the End of Time
Once again, lots of catchy tunes, almost all my playlists involve a few SO3 songs. It's really sad that my favorite song in the game only plays in the first dungeon and that's it :(

8.Xenogears
oooooh man, i only need to play Grahf's theme or Awakening and you'll know why it's one of my faves :) I also like the softer music in this game too, very soothing.

7.Naruto
I like the fighting music for the Naruto anime and all the character themes, very well played out to the liking of the character.

6.Devil May Cry 2
That's right, not DMC1 or DMC3, the music in this game makes me keep going back to mission 4 and kicking that Infested Chopper's ass then whooping Nefasturris on the next mission :) ALL the boss themes are action packed and feel like they belong in action scenes for movies.

5.Final Fantasy VI
Pure genius soundtrack, caputres all the sad moments in the game, all the happy ones, all the songs from that games are classics.

4.Mega Man 2
Every stage them has been remade by fans how many times? A lot, that's because each stage theme kicks serious ass! Especially Wily's stage theme. From the opening them to the very end, the music will keep you bopping your head to the beats as you play the game!

3.Guilty Gear XX: the Midnight Carnival
SWEET fighting game music, nice and heavy..some songs reminds me of an awesome band called Dream Theatre because they are very crafty with the synthesizers and electrical instruments.

2.Inuyasha
Out of all the anime soundtracks i have, BY FAR i prefer listening to Inuyasha soundtracks. Each opening and closing theme is really cool, all the character themes are well played. All the musicians are very very very talented.

1. Guilty Gear XX #Reload Korean Version OST
These songs rock so much, and by rock i mean they are wicked rock songs. This will sound lame as hell but i listen to most of this particular soundtrack when working out sometimes. ^_^ i seriously need to buy this game haha. As we speak i'm listening to this very same soundtrack :)

Some people are asking me where i get my name from because it's a bit odd. The name is basically a quote from my favorite "villain" in video games, Albedo Piazolla from Xenosaga!

I highlighed "Perception and pain" because my gamefaqs name is PainISaPerception :)

i just came back from gamefaqs' xenosaga ep3 boards...i spoiled almost everything..parts of the ending ( i seen pics) a screenshot of the final boss...gahhhh, even a mini walkthrough but that was informative though..

i mean, it beat silent hill (which costed me a point) on gamefaqs' tournament, so it's at least a decent series...is it worth getting a GC? cuz if it is i might as well pick up some zelda games (i have never even TOUCHED a zelda game in my entire life..wait..ok so i tripped once and landed on a Link to the Past but that doesn't count) and TWIN SNAKES!!! at the same time :D


And on a side note, what order should i beat the games on my Now Playing list? Guild Wars, Wild Arms 4 and Vagrant Story don't count because i'm already playing them. i wanna beat the shortest games first and save the long ones last :)

i'm in the mood to rant about BERSERK!!! because everytime i see the japanese ps2 game i go through withdrawls for a few hours. >_<

berserk is the coolest manga everrrrrr, the anime is MEH, not the greatest but it doesnt suck and doesn't hold a candle to the manga :)

the character in my banner with the HUGE sword is Guts in Berserker Armor :D
