Ghosts has some really piss poor texture work on things like the ground, and some objects. The facial animation is not great, and cutscenes are stiff as a board. Games a lot of fun though.
Series X will have more processing power. This will mean better multiplatform games, better ray tracing, possibly more stable frame rates with higher resolutions.
Sony will still have better exclusive games, and 9.x TF is still far better than PS4 pro, so those games will still be jaw dropping and beautiful.
The "actual" power difference doesn't really matter because both consoles will be pretty great compared to this generation of consoles. I personally will get whichever has the best games, knowing that near 10TF or near 12TF will still be good enough for either.
No, I was a pretty big Xbox fan in the 360 days. Bought an X1, and after a few months it started to just collect dust and I never turned it on for anything. After 4 years, I sold it finally (first console i've ever sold) and I think because of that i'll skip this upcoming generation. My PC should handle all the new MS exclusives anyways since they're always available on PC too (which is fantastic).
If PS5 is fully backwards compatible with PS4 games right out of the box, then definitely yes, i'll buy one day 1. If it's not, i'll wait for some games to come out for it first.
Chapter 3 is basically the start of the game. Chapters 1 and 2 are like the tutorial map.
I'm about 60h in, and just near the end of the game now. It's actually been pretty fun. When you leave a distro center and it says "have a safe journey" it very often does feel like a journey. Since the game does have stats (not sure if you can view them or not) you do get upgrades to things like stamina and balance, so traversing the land becomes a lot easier as you progress through the game. Guns are definitely not the main focus here and I believe you get negatively impacted for using lethal force.
I'd say it's a good 8/10 but the flaws prevent me from giving it anything higher than that. If you come into the game expecting to just run from point to point, you're likely going to have a bad time. The game is 50% preparation, and 50% the journey.
