Honestly didn't think there was development still going on for this game. How many people are actually playing this? Wasn't this game the reason Doom 4 hasn't had development? Color me surprised.
That's what PC's are for :D But seriously, I agree. Crysis 2 remains one of the technically best looking, if not THE best looking, game out there. Far Cry 3 is close to it, but still not quite there. But graphics are just graphics and that is not what has me eager for Crysis 3. The game looks like a lot of fun and I can't wait to sink into it.
Guild Wars 2 for me. I've clocked more hours into that game than I think I have any other game ever. For an MMO, and I am hugely picky about MMO's, it's one of the few in my history of gaming that I have actually enjoyed enough to stick around in.
Pretty awesome stuff. Was not expecting this kind of cross over, but it's cool. One thing I do like about Capcom: they aren't afraid to mash their titles up with others to create new properties. The result is usually pretty good.
I wouldn't be surprised if it had something to do with MGS. Kojima loves this creative, viral marketing kind of stuff. If it is, I'd be very interested to know what he has planned, although Kojima has stated he'd like to move on from MGS onto other, original titles.
And what is with all the hate for Dishonored? It's an amazing game. The world of Dunwall is incredibly designed and like little we've seen in a game before. I wish more games gave you as much gameplay option as Dishonored did. And the powers you're able to use are some of the coolest I have seen of any game, the teleportation and take over abilities in particular. Yes, the story and character development are on the weak side, but the gameplay more than makes up for it. That game really deserves more love than it seems to be getting.
