I'm in a similar boat. looks like my PS3 will have to go and get fixed too. I threw my receipt out too. Ordered it from sendit.com. I do have my bank statement showing it, do you think that's enough?

Also, whats the customer support number in the UK? Is that where you phoned up?

I'm hoping someone can figute this out.I haveplayed on my PS3 earlier and it was fine. Tried putting another game in a short while ago but it wouldn't load. I've tried all my games and blu-ray discs and they wont load. NOTHING happens. No loading noise, nothing!!! Any ideas?

I haven't gone online yet and probably wont for a few months yet.  Just wondering if there's any games you would recommend that have good games for multiplayers offline.
