People who think costs won't skyrocket next gen are fooling themselves. Developers are going to have to lower budgets or else the industry will collapse.

Remember when Sony said the Vita was selling well?

No surprise. PS3 outsells every other console in most countries beside the UK and the US with the latter being responsible for the 360 being the console that sold the most for 2011.

With some of the ridiculous things coming out of Sony mouthpieces in recent years, it's about time.

Can't help but feel that Nintendo will struggle with Wii U, though $250 wouldn't be as bad as I feared.
