It's not a story, it's my opinion on what I think will happen with the Wii U.
The Wii catered to a more casual audience, no doubt, but the casuals are fickle, will they see the Wii U as a worthy investment in the face of tablets and smartphones? I for one will get a Wii U eventually because I do like Nintendo first party games, but I don't think it will be enough in the end to be anywhere near as popular as the Wii.
I was hoping Nintendo would go back to the of competing at the very top like in the NES-GameCube days.
lol, right, as if what I said was so far from what's happening now. Do you not realise that what I think looks like is happening with the Vita is exactly what happened with the PSPGo?
Your comparison is flawed because people knew the 3DS had games in the pipeline that would be worth shelling out $250 for, actual quality Nintendo games actually developed in-house and not out-sourced.
If the 3DS was a huge flop, then what's the Vita? Or are those your fanboy colors showing? And lol @ the rest, AndCarlsen sums it up well.
