if you can afford to get a ps3 and a 360 then yes its hella worth it because you obviously arent too skint on cash and pc gaming is much much much much better than console gaming. and there is no substitution for a mouse and a keyboard

ive got two usb adapters for the ps2 controllers. and i got them from maplin.co.uk a good price considering they are amazing controllers. ive recently bought an xbox 360 controller for the pc as well and i think i prefer that so you should maybe look into that. also xbox360 controllers are compatible with more games that ps2 seen as theyre both for microsoft systems

let it go dude. people like crysis, people dont like crysis. EA didnt really have an input on how crysis was made. its the same with all games. AC for instance was way overhyped, i still liked the game but it wasnt as good as a lot of people made it out to be. there are always gonna be games that some people like regardless of its bugs and games that people hate even if there are no bugs :S

its opinions and its what the whole social make up of the world is based on so dont go thinking that one opinion is more valid than another. everyone can have opinions so shut up for a change.

its probably a fault with your 8800gt. send it back to the place you bought it from and tell them its underperforming and you think its faulty. i went through 3 8800gt's until i finally got one that worked. most of them have memory faults and such which you dont notice unless it either artifacts your display or it underperforms.

really send it back and get a replacement :) they should just swap it over for a new one

lol fair enough. well thats like £150 down the drain :P

to be honest for a cheap card i'd either get another 8800gt because they can play everything at the moment or wait a few weeks for the newer cards to come out.

[QUOTE="leonhead"]Just get a new one, but how did you break it? Did it over heat or something I never knew they just brokeBAm-bAM_

dude that means its got a memory fault as a lot of the 8800gt's particularly at time of the release had this. the same thing happened to me. just send it back to where you bought it from because it should still be under warranty and just say its artifacting due to a memory fault common on a lot of 8800gt's and they will have to replace it for you :)

Niether did I? I have no idea. White dots always appeared on start up, and wierd little lines. Can't log into windows with a driver installed, it said its an nv4_disp problem and i did try ALL the fixes.
