@zodiacsword: Fans have wanted Ghostbusters 3 since the 1990's, way before this current Hollywood trend of putting out nothing but sequels, reboots, and comic book movies. I have more faith in Jason Reitman than Paul Feig to pull it off but it'll still probably be filled with ads and ruined by Sony pictures.

@aiat_gamer: I never said I was in the majority. But yes, progressing and unlocking the next part of the game is fun for a lot of us. It keeps things exciting and fresh.

It's not a bad deal! I picked up the Minecraft bundle a few weeks ago mostly because I wanted a 4k Blu Ray player. It's worth it though I still think the PS4 is better.

@aiat_gamer: The point is the same. Not every game has everything unlocked from the beginning. Unlocking the characters is part of the experience for a lot of us.

Stop complaining and just unlock the characters. It's not behind a paywall. This has been apart of the series since the very first game.

@aiat_gamer: "old fart level of thinking that people should work to access what they paid for. Just because you are having a bad time at work does not mean I have to tell my friends to wait 10 hours so we can play the newest SSB."

Most games work that way. You can't just skip to the end of Uncharted 4, Battletoads or many games in between without playing the beginning levels. Also you and your friends don't have to wait 10 hours to play the game. If not having every single character is that big of a deal google how to unlock them faster.

"The Darkness, which features Faith No More and Mr. Bungle singer Mike Patton doing the voice of a horrible monster, can be had for only $4 USD."

And despite being a huge Faith No More fan I still haven't played the game. It might be a good time to pick it up!

Nintendo used to over charge for their classic games which is one of many reasons their classic consoles were so appealing. I remember to get Contra 3 on the Wii I had to charge $10 to my credit card to buy an $8 game then I had to get two classic controllers for another $40! Plus their classic games never went on sale until the Wii U where they'd only be about a dollar off. There was also no way to play these games on my DS.

Sony already did it right with the PS3. The games were $6-10 and I could charge the exact amount to my credit card, they frequently went on sale and I bought many of them for about $1, they worked on the PSP, and the Dual Shock 3 worked great.

For the amount Sony is charging there should at least be a way to access their PS Store to get more games for it. This thing just seems to have extremely limited appeal.

Based on the demo I'd say this review is accurate. This game in VR is incredible! It really is a shame about the lack of multiplayer though.
