Both of these games are amazing and worth the asking price if you haven't played them. It's tempting to pick them up again if there are some decent challenge based trophies. If it's dumb crap like, "Kill 10000 Zombies! lol" then I'll pass.
@Btwistin: Eh, I remember Thrasher Skate and Destroy feeling sluggish and ugly compared to THPS back in the day. I'd imagine it would only feel worse today.
There's no way they'd bother to re-license all the rap songs for an obscure game like that too. I'm still going to be shocked if THPS ends up on it with it's full soundtrack.
$100 for 20 games honestly seems a bit pricey. I'll be shocked if they renew the license for the better multiplayer games like THPS, NBA Jam, and NFL Blitz as well.
Nintendo's mini consoles were appealing because Nintendo had overcharged for games on their Virtual Console for years. Plus a lot of those games needed an extra controller. It was a nightmare trying to play Contra 3 with the Gamecube controller. Nintendo finally made their games available for a reasonable price. Sony isn't doing the same.
I mean seriously, how many people who love Final Fantasy 7 don't already own it on either PS1, PS3, PSP, PS4, Android or PC at this point? I doubt we're getting anything mind blowing and rare like Earthbound or Star Fox 2.
@chubby170: It's kind of like a sci-fi old school Prince of Persia. It's probably a really small file for PS4 so check it out. Nothing to lose if you already have PS Plus!
Huh I had no idea they even rereleased Another World! It's a great game and you nay-sayers should really check it out if you haven't. God of War 3 is a nice addition too.
"Some nice freebies coming up in August." Three games that got a 6/10 and one that got a 4/10? I'll keep them in my queue but I doubt I'll be deleting games to play these anytime soon.
The VR game this month looks pretty good though. I'm a big fan of trivia too so I'll probably check that one out cause I'm getting too many repeat question on PS4 Jeopardy.
@xenomorphalien: Ps Plus started with the PS3 and back then we were just paying for games. It really seems absurd to me to pay for online when it's free on PC. I justify it by getting some decent "free" games each month. If I was only paying for online without getting games each month I wouldn't use Ps Plus.
I'm mostly happy with the games selection but this is probably the worst one so far.
