Agreed, I would pay the Extra 2, and just get one brand new from a store... is 3-4 BRAND NEW UNSEALED, i find that hard to believe, i would PLAY IT SAFE, Save more money and go NEW

I dont know that it will rule over every Ps3 game, but i do agree it will prob be one the best games for the Ps3. I cant wait to hear a release date, or something else about it, i cant find much news on it.

I will buy a new game tomorrow, and I do not know if I pick Resistance or FEAR. I want a shooter.

For those who already played both, please tell me wich one is best! considering graphics, sound, story and gameply!

Well having next Xperienced FEAR in all its glory for Pc, or the 360, I personally enjoyed FEAR on the PS3, but again, having never played the game, i didnt have the other systems to compare it to.

RESISTANCE is a NO BRAINER. I dont think ive heard on negative thingon RFOM.

Resistance is the way to go, FEAR cant touch it

if you're buying off gameplay, Madden is boasting a tons of additions (no doubt due to the fact that there is a direct competitor with a great idea now).

The only 2k football game I had was College Football 2k3 and thought it was horrible. The year after I got Madden and haven't looked back since. I do agree that nex-gen Madden so far has sucked big time though. I still play it 2007 on PS2. lol

If Madden has the same Framerate issues as 07 i will never buy another Madden, im done, Hopefully EA steps it up, and im praying NCAA 08 doesnt have framerate issues.

As expected it was confirmed by Sony (not that long ago) that there will be no price cut this year. I wonder what if it was 100 bucks cheaper? Do you think sales would be better?(I know i would buy one if it was cheaper) After all isn't it that software makes money instead of hardware and should that be their goal to have more hardware out there?

Can someone explain me Sonys strategy?

Thanks for your views, it's more or less what I thought. My friend has a PS3 and I see great potential. Tjis was proably helped by him having the two best launch games; Resistance and Motorstorm. I realised that not all games were as good, but like you guys say it i early days.

I've also read on these forums that the PSP isn't doing well either, despite most people I know having one. Is this just more MS fanboy talk?

I cannot comment on the PSP i dont own one, as tempting as it may be, i dont feel i would use it enough. 

I'm having problems too like those lines going up on the tv screen. I took out the PS3 and tried it on another tv and it happen there too , so I found out that it was the PS3 all this time. did anyone else had that problem before?bigredman3000

It may be the game, itself.. IMO, only a guess... But all my games work PERFECT as well as my Machine

EXCEPT for TIGER WOODS 07 when i quit that game i get the lines.. only happens then for that game, but again its a guess ....
