PWND HAHAHAHAHA :lol::lol::lol::lol: poor holland got PWND sooooooooooooo bad  Never expected the russians to play so well but im gonna milk this and make fun of all the dutch ^^. Sorry had to be done :( GO ITALY U CAN BEAT SPAIN. ZOMG I gotta go check if the sky is not falling  this is beyong a miracle, i owe someone 20$ for this damn .

PS: Dont care if u make fun of me if Italy loses tomorrow cuz at least we wont lose to Russia..

DeeJayInphinity

Wait how are you making fun of the team that violated Italy? That doesn't make any sense.

It makes PERFECT sense, they totally pwnd us, now they got pwnd by a "lesser" team and its my turn to laugh  BUT Russia were not less in this game, they played awesome . Congrats to them and Hiddink.

 right. I suggest you don't say anything until 1. Your team makes it past Spain and 2. Your team actually beats Russia. :P

If in the finals Italy wins VS Russia. Then I'd say it'l pretty much be confirmed that luck factor plays a big role also.

But I'm going to stick to what I said, Russia definitely were worthy and strong opponents. That was my impression at least.

Either Russia was a worthy and strong opponent, or Holland played bad today.

That said, the luck factor is important also.

England and France are out also. Wich is very surprising considering they are considered as generally one of the stronger teams.

My Q6600, 2GB ram, 8800GTS 512mb runs Crysis on Very High XP hack 1680x1050. There are moments that it dips down below 30 fps, but thats really in the most crowded places.

And besides, I've never been impressed with the game to be honest. Gameplay wise nothing special.

Alan Wake will be a far better game for my tastes. Can't wait for that game also :)

And RayvinAzn is correct on the Quad Cores performing less then a Dual Core cpu. I bought my Quad specificly for Alan Wake. Anything for Remedy Entertainment :P

Be sure to always keep dust off your system.

Its what killed my previous PSU on my Pentium 4 system. I was just making myself some coffee. Not even 15 minutes later it started going up in smoke. True story :P

Buying a future proof CPU is good choice if your mobo supports SLI. I can't advise you how much Watt is needed for your system, but I personally think its overkill unless you have taking the future proof into consideration.

Couldn't agree more with you on Porsche. Reviews were extremely negative. But I loved that game. I still can't believe why the game was criticised so extremely harsh. Thats probably why I didn't include it in my list, shame :P

ReturnOfShinobi

Yeah Porsche is truely a gem so many looked over. It had a great Career mode that took you through some amazing locales as well as a License mode (or whatever) that helped you learn the intricacies of the fantastic racing model, at the time, easily the most realistic racing game out then, its amazing to see how its aged so well. Heck even racing with the oldest of the old-skool cars was great fun. Even to this day, i am yet to see a track list so alive and vibrant.

It pains me that it went so unnoticed:cry:

Yeh nowadays its all about the mass marketing. And I don't blame them from a business standpoint, it makes perfect sense.

This reminds me of the older days were Sony dominated their competitors no matter what. Those times are over though. Unless they release a system seller every month, wich is too expensive to invest in.

It seems gamers expect more nowadays from a gaming system.

I still can't figure out why these people aren't interested in Xbox systems. 360 is selling piss poor despite it having a great library of games. Perhaps the faillure rate is holding them off.

I generally thought MGS is game marketed towards a small audience, it seems populairity has increases alot though.

[QUOTE="Ninja-Hippo"]I'm surprised Sony or Microsoft haven't already snapped up Itagaki to work for them. :?Pro_wrestler

Itagaki doesn't like Playstation.

Nonsense. Someone professional involved in the gaming industry/business is expected to be open-minded. PS3 and 360 are very similiar. I really doubt he is a fanboy.

NG2 was published by MS I think, this is why the game is exclusively availlable on 360 only.

[QUOTE="EPaul"]Hey come on guys it can turn out good.......... who i'm kidding it will be a rehashReturnOfShinobi

People have lost hope it seems

High Stakes/Road Challenge was by far my favourite NFS. Underground and Most Wanted was excellent.

Underground 2, Carbon and prostreet sucked...

NFS3 = Amazing for its time, great car list, fantastic tracks

NFS4 = Not as great, more of a rehash

NFS Porshce 2000 = Wow amazing, the graphics were awe inspiring, the tracks were gorgeous and the car list while limitted to one brand felt just right

NFSU = Not a bad game at all, but repetetive, but hey, first stab, cant blame them

NFSU2 = A poor rehash now with the added frustration of a poorly networked open city, the game just takes too long to get good

Most Wanted = A nice re invention, still similar gameplay, but i think out of the modern ones, probably the best

Carbon = Didnt know what to make of it really, but the boring graphics, less focus on the police and tried to death gameplay just made it feel unspiring

Pro Street = LOL:lol:

Here I came expecting to be underwhelmed. I actually took a quick look in gametrailers.

http://www.gametrailers.com/player/35202.html

Looks great actually! Seems fun. But I doubt any other Arcade/Mini game will surpass Geometry Wars, I completely love that game still.
