Both games have a different play-style. Wheter its combat is better or not is subjective.

I personally am equally disappointed in both games this generation. Too linear for my taste. It felt like the same old story like the previous games. Of course its to be expected that I lose interest then.

Lol, when i brought snake eater at first i thought it was some kinda joke, worse MGS by far in my opinion.

But MGS has dissapointed me since MGS2...nothing beats the original in my booksukillwegrill

I see where you're coming from. While MGS1 is a very memorable game, I still think MGS3 is the masterpiece. MGS2 actually wasn't bad. Its just that I couldn't connect with Raiden, didn't like that guy at all.

Games getting delayed to far 2009 and 2010. Recently number amount of games have been canceled.

Don't get me started on the flops. I hope we don't have to suffer from the same fate again with MGS4. Sony will finally have a AAA worthy game.

Do you really only consider an AAA game by what reviewers say?

Absolutely not...

MGS3 Snake Eater is one of my favourite games of all time. I loved that game, despite the fact that it was criticized harshly by multiple reviewers.

Exactly my thoughts.

With the previous generation and FFXII, it took a very long time untill the game was released. And as I live in EU territory, I had to wait over 1 year after the game's original release. Thats **** insulting. End I ended up dissapointed.

It's better. The graphics are freaking real good for an online game with full destruction. I do wish they had jets like BF2 Oh well.

lol...its not even close to being better....it lacks so many things that made BF on the PC good.
