I want a platformer. Jumping arround objects in a entertaining way like Mario does.
I'm gonna have to see and wait for more info on this.
Platforming in vehicles. Its like a Mario-Kart but with platforming elements. May unique and all but I personally dislike the idea.
Character development is gone?
Hell no. Its even worse in GTAIV. Having a girlfriend, and you have to keep calling her in order to maintain your relationship. You have at least another 10 friends wich you can call for playing pool with, or going to a in-game cabaret show. In-game stripclub? Wtf? Thats ridiculous. In-game TV.
The ''Sims'' characteristics of the game went to far imo.
Fitness and fighting practising was so much more fun in San Andreas. I liked Both Vice City and San Andreas more then GTAIV.
As for more realistic aproach of the game. Realism has less creativity. I don't want GTA to be realistic at all. I want to blow stuff up. Drive Tanks, Jets and even Base Jumping. Drive in nascar races, drive mountain bikes. Go the mountains. Mmh. I don't know how much I'm missing but SA had more content. Much more.
Also. The missions have minimum variety. Fat Italian guy number 1. Fat Italian guy number 2. Italian mafioso number 3.
''Take him out''... ''Finish him''... etc.
Repetitive. Extremely repetetive. San Andreas had some variety in the missions. Actually alot of variety.
I hope Rockstar takes a ''unrealistic'' aproach with the next game.
Neither are as good as Vice City...famicommander
I liked VC alot. But the game was obviously a rush job.
San Andreas is by far the best out of the franchise.
Fun factor... base jumping, jets etc
San Andreas at least had a sense of acomplishment wich GTAIV definitely lacks.
San Andreas did so many things much better. And I thought I hated the setting of the game. But after having played GTAIV. I know now. San Andreas actually was the masterpiece.

A Zelda has been in the works long before TP was even released.
Its been in development since about december 2005.Expect a new Zelda trailer at this years E3. I'm pretty confident they will show something. I'm keeping my hopes up.
No sense of acomplishment. What am I supposed to with all my money? There are so many more thigns right now in my mind that I dislike about GTAIV. I won't bother writing it all up though. I will just get flamed anyways.
Gamerankings is flawed. GTAIV doesn't deserve its spot, but neither does all other 10 games on the list. There are far better games then Zelda OoT. There I said it. Now flame me to death.
Age of Empires II, Starcraft, Baldurs Gate II, Fallout, Deus Ex, System Shock 2, Medal of Honour Allied Assault, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six (God I love how the FPS genre was back then).
And my favourite Half-Life.
OoT was a great game, but its receiving far too much credit for what it actually deserved.
Oh how I love when people post a topic they really can't back up. So many uninformed people that think they have a bright opinion when they really have no clue.
Every system that has come out has helped grow the industry. No other system has helped grow the industry like the Playstation brand has.
Once the Wii hits over 100 million it will have helped grow the industry more than Sony had. But as of now Sony has set the benchmark,
As far as brining casuals in Sony was able to do that as well, so brining casuals in isn't some new thing with the Wii.

PS2 casuals are more dedicated gamers. While Wii demographics are more non-traditionaly gamers and have no intention of supporting the industry in the long run.
Nintendo has totally different target audience.
