Gamers will simply vote with their dollars, including me -- someone who's bought and played literally every version of SimCity since 1987, including portable and mobile versions, who won't be buying anymore.

GDT hasn't let us down yet... The man knows how to come up with FUN ideas and still make them palatable for divergent audience types. Looks like he's paying respect to the genres of "Giant Monster", "Mechs", and gamer-geeks at the same time.
Weird... I played through all of them in the 80s and 90s, but I just don't see a market for this type of game anymore. They were fun (and funny) at the time, but recent attempts to modernize the license were all pretty bad.
