I don't think it's happening. I've searched and can't see anything anywhere. (I guessUwe Boll killed the series...)As for Max Payne 3, no as well, at least for now. It was "confirmed" back in 2004, but nothing else. It's a shame!
Dynasty Warriors 6 (if it's actually exclusive). I got mind-nummingly bored after the 3rd one and I got a feeling number 6 will be just like 3, 4, and 5, but with Hi Def visuals. They HAVE to do something new! Not to mention they'll probably make multipleexpansions of the game like they always have...
Glad to know people still care about this game. :) I've been excited for Eight Days for a while ever since I knew Richard Jaques was doing the soundtrack. (He did the music for Headhunter, a very underappreciated game I might add!) Music in games is a pretty big deal to me... As for the earlier trailer, I doubt it was real time. If the game was that far along and looked that good, than I think we might have heard more about the game by now. I've always wanted to play a good 3rd person game with Die Hard/Hollywood movie-esque action!
Yeah, "13%" MUST mean something different, cause at this rate FFXIII won't be done until about the 2015 holiday season and Versus won't be done until about 2095... (quite literally!)
I like when a game uses a few styles like the recharging health, which is originally a Call of Duty thing, and Cover system which was created back on the N64, WinBack, and further developed on Killswitch....
Games have been using these things years before Gears of War ever was released...If it works someone uses it. Developers arent stupid, if they see a system they like or a style a game is created in they will use it and I honestly dont have a problem with it.

You hit the point dead on. ;) I'm glad you mentioned kill.switch, but also Winback as well. I'd like to add that Gears never invented the cover system like so many people believe for some reason, it just refined it. Now with that, if people really consider this a true knockoff of two games, Gears and Tomb Raider, then how is that possibly a bad thing? I'd say you get two great games in one! Otherwise it's kinda like saying a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup is a rip off of peanut butter and chocolate! :D
I can understand the review, but I think it's pretty lame that they gave a copy/clone medal for a game who's original series is older than most of the games Gamespot claims it to copy...
