Here it is LINKY! I just ask my self....why? I mean Blitz is on EVERY OTHER SYSTEM!, SSX Blur...Ill pass, MK Armegeddon, again its on every other platform so why? I mean How in the world is Mortal Kombat even going to work on the Wiis controller?
Why do EA and Midway feel like they have to constantly rehash these games on different platforms? Why port? Why not just make a completley fresh game that will use the Wiis controls to the fullest? The only original cool game on that list is Heat Seeker, and its suppose to be a flight Sim...again Ill pass. I didnt even bother to check what was coming after that date, Im sure its nothing but Mini-games and Disney Movie games the Cube was known for, with a nintendo title thrown in every 2 months.
Maybe a little early to bash just yet, but come on, even the PS3 has some decent titles coming, I mean were are the Action games, free-roam and adventure games? Why do we need another Wario ware? This system is suppose to be for every body, right now its for elderly, Super Casuals, and small children...Wii sports was only for so long and while Zelda is quite the AAA title, mostly Hardcore Zelda fans bought that game. I highly doubt any Casuals or elderly bought it.
Im just sayin The big N needs to step it up, they are the leader of the 2 behemoths that just released they need to strike while the iron is hot. Sure the Wii is selling out now, but what if by next winter there still pumping out mini games and Ninty franchises with the Ocasional Awesome Third party game every 6 months? You think the Hardcores (other than ninty hardcores) and Casuals will still be buying it...no it will go the way of the cube, and I dont want that.
The 360 is a class act right now, and the other 2 are way behind, I want to see the Wii do good, but as of right now, I dont see any future games appealing to me accept Wii play, which Ive heard isnt worth it:(
EDIT: SO I went to the new release section and scrolled all the way to Q4 of this year, and while Im sure more titles will be added it will be more of the same, All I seen were a few nintendo titles, lots of Third party stufff that will be on the other 2 systems plus they will be better on the other 2 systems, Why settle for less when I own the bigboy game consoles.
Oh and of course lets not forget the Kiddie Disney movie titles, that actually fall into the 3rd party thing but I made them seperate anyway. I mean if you have All 3 systems, and lets say Cod3 (actually it did) comes out for all 3, or better yet how about Gears (or a game equal) comes out for all 3, which one you going to buy it for? The only differences wil be the Graphics and maybe DL content but thats it, core Gameplay is the same, Which System you gonna buy it for?
Im going with not the Wii, I would buy it for the 360 or PS3, and theres no doubt that 50% of Wii owners also have one of those systems, meaning eventually Nintendo will lose 3rd party support again and History repeats itself.

Not a superohero or comic book fan but Im loving this game. Its an RPG with Superhero, and its awesome.
So it appears the 5 or 6 game reviews I need to do shall be put on hold, due to loving this game. I also put crackdown on pre-order...and if you havnt chescked gamestop.com latley you get access to the Halo 3 beta that MS was letting people sign up for whennyou preorder...So basically you get a halo 3 demo...which rocks, and Crackdown looks sweet.
The More GTA style madness the better I say:D:D:D

To start this rant is aimed at no one in particular, I just got done scouring the forums and Im sick of people.
Look all you jerks out there in the forums whining about how you hate the PS3...grow up. Your just pissed because you cant afford it. Don't give me that but teh blu-ray sucks..crap either.
Some of you little S***s aren't even old enough to remember the fact the Sony pushed DVDs with there PS2, and got more criticisms then for using DVD then now with blu-ray...and look how that turned out. And even if blu-ray fails commercially, Sony will still use it meaning down the road games WILL be bigger on the PS3.
Its funny you guys who cant afford it...spent $600.-$800.00 dollars pimping out your 360s when the PS3 comes with it all furnished, let me break it down for you:

Yea sure Microsoft isn't forcing a new format on us, but we have to progress some time, and as far as games go, I feel a new format is needed.
They pushed hard with DVD for games and look where were at now. Blu-ray should be an easy switch for gaming as HD-DVD would have been to. Some people are not going to want all that stuff ands then sure 399.99 is fine....the sad thing is A LOT of us say we dont want it, but we end up gettuing it and paying out the raer later, at least Sonys saying why buy it later when you can have it ALL now for cheaper.
What Im saying is that my $600.00 dollar system gives me more, for my money, a HDD that is twice as big, with wifi, and wireless controller with charge cable all included, and its a Blui-ray drive. Im not saying the PS3 is my favorite, Im just saying most poeple are whining and crying because they cant afford it not because they dont want it, and I understand that, but dont come here and bash it when you #1 have NEVER played it....and #2 probably want it but will have to wait cause its spendy.
I just get tired of seeing this crap in the forums...lets talk about something new..Yea its expensive...but worth it...so get over it:wink:

Ive looked up the upcoming games, here on GS and other sites and I don't see one game that is appealing to me at all. Wii sports is dead, Zelda isn't as great Second time around as I once thought, and most of the multi-plats obviously play better on the other 2 platforms so..I guess if it wasn't for classic games I wouldn't be playing the Wii at all.
I just don't see one game coming this year for the Wii that offers any originality or anything that is to my liking. The one and only interesting game is the Wii version of Resident Evil. Suppose to be a new game, Id like to see how well the controls hold up, lately thats been the Wiis downfall is the fact the controls feel tacked on on a lot of games....Im really starting to see this in Zelda, it just feels so unresponsive at times.
Maybe the Wii really will be just a fad, and Im not just talking about now, all the games coming this year seem really....*kiddy*, except a few...too few:(

Damn Resistance looks Amazing on my TV...and plays like one of the Best FPS ever...which is what Ive been saying all along from the Moment I played it:D:D:D:D:D
Damn The 360 didnt have any launch titles that played or looked this good (I owned most of them)......and it looks 10 times better in 720p on my LCD lol.
My friends HDTV is nice but LCD just has a clarity to it that is unmatched in my opinion, Sucks I got to start back at the begining, but what a begining it is:D

So instead of going to Gamestop, or EBgames, I called my Local little private owned game shop here in the town were I live, and there giving $40.00 CASH! for Gears of War used mint condition, Hell yea!
Ill never go to Gamestop or EBgames to trade again as long as they keep prices like that! So I'm getting ready to head there now.
With the $100.00 from Christmas and the cash from Gears, Im getting a couple of games, unfortunately cause the game shop is local there selling prices are still a little high so were gonna take a trip to Gamestop to buy the games I want.
I don't know what to buy though, I'm not sure if I want Wii or 360 games. I DL'd the gears content to, I didn't think it was that special, just more maps to use on the 3 measly game types.
Prey was a ok game, as was Saints Row, wish I would of waited for the patch on that game. Still never tried Just Cause, and I like Free-Roam games, so maybe I will give it a whirl. CoD3 maybe? Maybe I should wait and see how Lost Planet pans out, if its good maybe Ill give it a try.....I still Want FF3 for the DS to..S*** I dont know, So many Systems, so Little time.....Ok so forget Everything I just said, My Girlfriend just walked in the house, she is on her lunch break from work, anyway apparently FYE called her and said the PS3 was there....she went and got it...YAY! So Game Stop is giving some good trade in credit for Gears of War, so I'm going to jump on it.
Ive been tossing this around for a bit but tonight Ive made the final decision. I was just thinking about a half hour ago that tomorrow would be an excellent time to go at Gears online as Ive only played it a few times do to whining sniveling children who "cant stand teh chainsaw" or "Frag tagging is teh girl stuff", or "your cheating" for no apparent reason:roll:
So I figured I'd message a couple of friends and maybe see if they wanted to blast some locust....well I just happened to check GS first and apparently Epic just released a patch were you can no longer play with your friends, it has to be strangers...ranked matches or not this is BS!
I mean for people who have a clan or not this just sucks because we obviously all have friends we would like to game with right? Apparently A LOT of other people are pissed to, and I don't blame them.
And I love the Jackasses in the forums who are like, this stops teh cheating...Hows it cheating to play with your friends on a TEAM based ranked game? Because maybe they work good together while perfect strangers suck?...and that makes sense? NO! Get some friends ASSH***S!
Whatever this just goes to show that its time to ditch this game, and it figures just when I want to play it to. It would be like saying: Ya you can play chrome hounds online....but not with your friends in ranked matches:roll:...WTF?
This just makes a game (in my eyes) that was just barley good even worse. So I'm dumping it.....good ridance.
Between this, GS mods, to many games using Zombies (left 4 dead), lack of my PS3, Wii becoming kind of boring (Zelda is just not cutting 2nd time through) My head wants to explode :lol: On the upside 360 #6 is working quietly and Flawlessly:D:D:D See there is always a silver lining to every black.......OMFG TEH 3 RED LIGHTS......

So I posted a blog on a certain site stating my digust with those in charge of keeping order....soon after I was contacted and told that said messages wouldn't be tolerated, and a ban of different sorts was at hand, one that would leave my IP address permanently crippled to ever go on that site again.
Threat was duly noted, blog was taken down......I feel like a teen girl who has just been raped......shocked, and disgusted, as threat upon threat, upon threat goes with out justice.
As part of my "probation" I'm no longer allowed to speak freely of these individuals in charge, as my alleged charges against said mod are apparently untrue, unjustified, and go along the lines of slander, so I shall no longer speak of these "untrue" allegations, if I want to continue to be part of the online community at this "unnamed" website....I apologize:(
There are too few online communities as good as this one, and the thought of not EVER being able to post here is just to much...so instead of normally fighting like I would I give in................Happy now:(
