The slidepad is growing on me. Even with the AAA battery requirement. It does look quite comfortable.

I really think Nintendo need to clarify their position with this device, because it is all rumour at the minute. I still don't see the need for a redesign with a second stick when so few games are supporting it and so few even need it at all. As a separate add-on though, it works.

Thanks for the help, but i'm just going to leave it. The instructions you give make no sense to me. I see no smiley faces on the screen anywhere, or a link button either. Thanks again though! :)

Something that wasn't announced until after the show, the slidpad that is scaring everyone is to be used by more than just Monster Hunter. Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil will make use of it, as will Kingdom Hearts and Ace Combat.

(If anyone wants to tell me why I can't use html to create links, I would much appreciate it!)

[QUOTE="Raiko101"]The only way I can avoid getting those marks on my screen is if I close it as slowly as humanly possible. If it makes any kind of noise, i've already marked the screen. Shame they've not fixed that on the red 3ds.rubber-chicken
You got the red one?

No. I was just commenting on the post by mike85225, who does.

Well they announced Monster Hunter 4, which is both great and odd. Why announce 3 and 4 together? The lack of talk about this peripheral suggests that it might not be as big a deal as people are imagining, unless it gets a mention next week.
