Nah, HD is overated. Yeah it looks nice on a HD telly, but i've got massive SD tv in my bedroom and 360 games look absolutely fine on that. Some of the old games with their tiny fonts are a problem, but thats poor design.

I don't know if the game will lend itself to the 3DS in the same way it has the Wii. The bowling and golf were as enjoyable as they were because of motion control. I couldn't play a bowling game with standard buttons and I only play TIger Woods games every few years, and in short bursts at that.

Graphics could look abit better.

To be fair, you're looking at higher resolution images and its not in motion, so you have time to absorb the lower res textures.

I'd go as far as to say that, considering the best games it has to offer, it has a better library than any of the current gen consoles. The online support might be rubbish, but then unless i'm playing against people I know in real life, I don't much care for online.

Nobody cares about your achievements as much as you do. Most of my friends have given up on them unless they really like the games enough to play them for so long.

Yeah, this is a couple of weeks old now, isn't it? Considering that so few games websites have bothered to report it, it would seem very people are convinced.

I wouldn't mind another GTA, preferably with online multiplayer.

[QUOTE="enrique_marrodz"][QUOTE="Raiko101"]Ghosting is a typical result of eye strain. Usually when your focus just isn't quite right. If it is eye strain, and that doesn't necessarily mean your eyes feel uncomfortable, rather they just cannot focus on the screen properly, then there are two solutions. Either turn the 3D down a bit, or stop playing for half hour and let your eyes recover. If its particular cutscenes though, it could be that the 3D effect is slightly stronger in those scenes, compared to other cutscenes. Again, it could be eyestrain.MonkeyPulp

Correct, 3d or 2D, eye strain can make you see this effects, specially when focusing on such a small viewing area. Obviously, depending on your eye condition 3D effect can tire your eyes faster. Just take a break, walk around as the game itself recommends at the beginning Regards

Where did you guys come up with this?

Eye strain does not cause ghosting in 3D. Its called crosstalk and its normal for current 3D displays.

Ghosting happens when one image becomes more visible in both eyes, and may also be common in displays, but if you're eyes aren't capable of focusing on the screen properly, that is to say if your eyes are strained, ghosting can occur as a result. I had this problem with Pilotwings for nearly a week. Couldn't have the 3D all the way up as the ghosting effect was awful. Come the end of the week it was fine. I also get ghosting after lengthy periods of play, in which my eyes are straining to see the image clearly.

[QUOTE="Silos911"]

[QUOTE="Raiko101"] One one occasion the frame of the bottom screen did mark the top screen, though to be fair I had the 3DS in my jeans at the time and its quite a squeeze. It wasn't a permenent mark either, although it was quite distinct until I cleaned it off. As long as there is no pressure on the console when its shut, you should be fine.Pixel-Perfect

Thanks for the tip. I was wondering if the scratch thing was going to be a big deal, or if it was just people being overly-concerned because they just bought the thing and it just came out. Thanks again, that definitely takes some worry away.

My scratches are permanent now. :| As far as I can recall I haven't had the system under any particular pressure. I'm not happy about it.

I'd say you were quite unlucky, but having read around it seems like this is the case with a number of people. A fair number of people have stated that it has been a result of carrying the 3DS in their pockets, which fits well with my story. The top screen really shouldn't be resting on the bottom half of the console when closed.

Does the top screen feel any looser than it did when you first bought it?

Pilotwings might not have as much content as some may expect, but this game has a greater lifespan than most will tell you. I've got over 30 hours out of it, so far, which is far more than i've put into most of my 360/Wii games to date. If you're a perfectionist, or like a challenge, Pilotwings is definately the way forward. It's quite a unique game too.
