Guess it depends on what you define a Metroid 'Side story' as.

[QUOTE="tktomo01"]I am truly disgusted by this feedback. Here is a hardworking third party team trying to appeal to the more mature aduiences, succeed, and then the game is ridiculed for being terrible. People are always whining about the lack of hardcore third-party support, and when it comes around, people want more. I can see why Nintendo and the third-party Wii devs haven't tried to hard for the hardcore lately. They didn't abandon us; we abandoned them, and every hard working third party dev. Why try hard for nitpicky, selfish jerks and your game will sell squat in this economy. Even if you don't like it, buy it, that way more core support will come if you want it in perfection so badly.Jaysonguy

I'm disgusted by people that think "almost" is acceptable

This game should have been finished, there is no excuse for this game missing the mark

It's a good title but if people actually FINISHED it then it would have been great

As i've mentioned myself in an earlier post, there could be many reasons as to why this game is as short as it is. Secondly, who says the game isn't finished?

I assume everyone is just naming the generation they grew up with as a kid right? That's pretty much the case for me. I started with the NES/Master System, quikcly moved onto the Mega Drive and SNES, but the PS1 and N64 consoles are my favourites. Ignoring the bigger, more famous titles, those consoles still had tons of gems.

NES = "I'm not playing that game until you blow me..." SNES = "When can I come out from under the bed?" Master System = "Remember when you poured Vinegar in me? Why did you do that?" Mega Drive = "No matter how much you try, i'm not playing Shaq Fu. It's for your own good!" Playstation = "Yup, i'm still the coolest looking games console ever." N64 = "Play me for long periods of time and i'll hurt your eyes!" DS = "You not bored of Mario Kart yet?" PS2 = "I enjoyed scratching up TimeSplitters 2. That'll teach you to throw my pad across the living room!" 360 = "So let me get this straight, I'm your 3rd Xbox 360?" Wii = "The dust is really starting to get to me now..."

That and I feel Echoes single player experience suffered as a result.

I remember this game. Looks alright, but quite generic. Saying that I think Gears of War is generic too so whatever lol.

I think it's unfair to bash the developer. I mean they created the game. I'm sure they'd want to make it as good as they possibly could. However their are external factors to consider, such as pressure from publishers and financial difficulty. You might not think it's worth the money, but you must remember the games you buy influence the games of the future.

There are plenty of great Wii games. It's just that it takes about 5 or 6 people to name them all lol.

I think it's unfair to call it a lazy port. I don't think the Wii could ever pull off something on the scale of the original Dead Rising. However, i'm still waiting for some reviews to pop up. This game still looks fun to play in its own right.

[QUOTE="psychobrew"][QUOTE="funsohng"] u clearly havent played killer 7bob_newman
Never heard of Killer 7 until now, but after a quick search, it seems like an immature game with a mature rating. I can't stand on rails shooters either.

It's their loss... HAHAHHAHAHAHA! Quote of the century. Oh God, that's good...
