So basicially I'm addicted to junk food especialy soda. I actually get withdrawl simpsons if I'm without my precious high fructose foods for more than half a day. I'm not overweight quite the opposite in fact deathly skinny but I feel like garbage all the time so I'm going to attempt to go cold turkey and start running for 30 minutes a day. The house is devoid of any food right now so its time to go to the store. Here is my list.
-Grains like plain oatmeal, brown rice and enriched wheat bread.
-Non fat dairy like milk and yogurt. Protein from Salmon, Chicken and black beans and trail mix for a snack if I get hungry in between meals.
-Fruits and vegetables from V8, and a fruit and carrot juice blend as well as broccoli sweet potatoes and bell peppers.
Any gaps in my nutrition here? Any healthy snacks I should know about that are quick and keep the hunger away? I'm not worried about weight so much as the fact that I'm not getting any of the vitamins and minerals I need. That and healthy food is somewhat time intensive to prepare but really thats no excuse.
