@mystwade agreed. even though i hope it's gonna be awesome, i also hope isaac finally dies at the end. a trilogy is enough, more titles are only gonna increase the chances of this series getting bad.
i really like character interactions in games, between main characters or even just between npcs. e.g. the way your companions in dragon age talk to each other while you are wandering around or the surprise friendly npcs in dishonored have when you blink in front of them.
i like completing games to 100% if i like them, even if it takes a lot of time grinding or trying. if i don't like the game i can't really be bothered unless it's fairly simple to get to 100%. it is true though that trophies did add a lot of replayability for me and i tend to replay a game more if they support trophies, unlike dmc4 which i only played once.
i'm also someone who finished dead space 2's hardcore mode 3 times. i really like challenges and basically start each new game on the difficulty above normal. if i can breeze through a game without ever dying it severely lowers my opinion of that game.
"for every bad guy with a gun we need a good guy with a gun" is an actual statement of an american about what happened. and the americans still wonder why this stuff happens so frequently in the u.s.? if every mad kid in europe would be able to buy guns this easily i'm sure it would happen here more often too, but well, it isn't. think hard americans, what can u do? hmmm
@laser00 dishonored was nice, but not nice enough for goty. if i had to vote between those i'd probably vote for it too, but that's just how uniteresting this gaming year was for me.
@dmdavenport i almost exclusively play TP for the same reason, i do not like FP and i could never play any of those warshooters comin out every 3 months. bioshock is the only FP i play, which says a lot about the game.
hmm, 1 of my favourite things of demon's souls 2 was that it wasn't called demon's souls 2. wonder why they do this now? how bout 'devouring souls' or sth?
