Ok, I am going to start off with last month.

Novemeber was a very difficult month, I had project burn out was starting to settle in and the biggest test load yet was creeping up at the end of month. Granted I still had two tests the beginning of a month making it just a month of tests. It overall was extremely difficult. But with that, I made it out to NorCal Install and played some Blazblue down in San Jose. Since SoCar Regionals were going on this was my chance to make it big, and make it big I did. I got 3rd place and that was very satisfying and actually one of the best nights I have ever had. I got to meet people, and being relatively new and putting on a good show with my Makoto people would just start talking to me. So I am in the community now so that really fun. Of course I got back from NCI and failed my pharmacology test making the victory very bittersweet. But I vowed never to do that again as well, I still need to pass haha. Taking my winnings I bought a bottom plexi for my TE and got some professional photoshop work done by a fellow community member and it has turned out great. I am waiting for it arrive. I spent the rest of the month freaking out and panicking about tests.

December

Two tournaments in december I went to neither. Haha, finals were a big buzz kill on everything, even though my grades were good I couldn't take any chances. School has been getting consistantly harder but my grades stay about the same at a 77% no matter how much I study or don't study. So that has been disappointing but I'll take it. ITs a solid C, and well thats good enough to get my through. My clinical rotation this semester really brought me through in teaching me how to handle myself and how I am going to be the workplace. Taking on 3 patients is rough and 4 will be a bit more difficult but if I plan and get composure I'm sure I will be fine. My clinical instructor gave me great reviews and this is what I think matters most. So its been very up lifting to have that. I have some confidence in my practice.

Present

School is done, christmas shopping is done. Family is in to visit, hanging out with my brothers. Its been a bit slow, but thats been nice. Minus my inability to sleep anymore. I am getting maybe 6 hours of sleep and that just sucks. I barely get that during school and I want more during vacation haha. I've been playing Burnout and Dead Rising 2 to pass the time and entertain. Its been nice.

Without a doubt this is my favorite album. Its piano is graceful, calm, and beautiful. Everything you would want. It paints such a picture for me everytime. Even though 4 tracks are heavy guitar / trance music . They are decent but the meat of the product is in the piano tracks and the gentle pieces.

Zun will always have my respect the heart and soul puts into his work (art, programming and music) I am impressed everytime. It gets better each listen. I recently found the Zun music collection and it was hard to pick a favorite from these. All of them have the ZUN charm to them. Very good music.

Resonance of Fate

This game didn't get as much love as it should. I really enjoyed the ever changing enviroment. It was almost a living enviroment as each chapter changed the dialouge changed with the NPC's and you could follow other storylines and it made for some very cool set ups. If you cared. The dialouge and voice acting were fantastic. The pacing was off, but thats ok the 3 heros were interesting enough to keep you going. The story needed some work but it was never Tri-Ace's strong point so I can forgive that.

Well, its been rather busy for me. With a lot of events going on and school. I've finally managed to sit down and write. As I listen to Arcana Heart 3, its actually kind of nice to write for once. So lets start.

I've been watching a lot of anime so lets start from the top

1. Best Student Council -I enjoyed this more than I should, its ultimately nothing special but the cast made it fun. And what made the cast fun was the love hate relationships I estabilished with them. There isn't a clear storyline or a storyline that is worth writing home about but the fun adventures of these characters was enjoyable, a light hearted show that knows its place.

2. Mezzo - Really enjoyed Mezzo, the over top action - knows its not being serious at all with its story. It had an awesome pointless story that really lead no where. This mini series is worth a watch. There really isn't much to say.

3.Gurren Lagann - After watching this I don't get what the hype was about. It takes its self too seriously for the over top action it has. I was mainly disappointed after the first 10 episodes it just kind of dragged. *shrugs*

4.Straight-Jacket - A cool action movie, interesting concepts good art. Worth a watch on net flix for sure.

5. Blue Drop - Umm this one could have done better. It had a good set up but then just kind of. I donno tapered into a WTF. I can't fault it as a Yuri anime but its was way too focused on that aspect that it detracted from the only interesting part of the series which was the side characters. I found the main characters rather drap and unappealing.

6. Claymore - I watched this in a week. It reminds me of a story I would write. So I was easily sucked in. Fun action good storyline (even if a bit cliche) though the ending leaves a lot to be desired. You go through all that, and you are left unfulfilled by something that ultimately didn't even make sense. Though still, Theressa was BA and thats all I needed. Her storyline was clearly the best part of it, though Claire made for a good heroine.

7. Ninja Scroll - Ninja action need I say more?

Currently watching - Darker than Black - So far good, can't say too much!

Drawing - I finally got drawing again and started to grasp the concept of of a side body shot, with the head turned towards the viewer. Something that was very difficult for me to grasp. It came out pretty well, but I need to practice a bit more but its always fun to draw. The next lesson we do will be on hands and feet, so that will ultimately prove usefull. I'm not feeling good about the depth I put in my drawings but I guess thats a skill that will develip over time. View here

School has been going exceptional. I took on three patient in the hospital and succeed. I had difficult ones, as I had to give two insulin injections (and BG checks) two injections, a handful of pills, and some IV stuff for medication. It all takes time. Plus other problems, one had respirtory problems so monitoring that became difficult, and one could only speak in spanish. I have all B's so far. I am sitting at an 80-83 in all my ****s and thats a first. I'm off to a great start and I just have to finish strong too.

I've been getting pretty hardcore into BB, I am not amazing yet. but I am learning my match ups, and picking up combos a lot better. I just need to learn Makoto's big corner combos. I can land them off line, online is another story. I went to a big tournament in california NorCal Install and met a lot of people there. I found some local BB players and we starting up a even more local scene. WHich has been a lot of fun. I'm going to a tournament this Saturday so wish me luck.

Due to me being sick and horrible at comprehending art, we just did the basics of setting up a body. Something for me to work on over the days, until our next lesson. Came out pretty good, though I am not sure how well the depth come in. The right hand should look like its going behind, and the left arm should be coming forward slightly.

I am extremely stoked for the music to get in. I got the Tomoyo After CD in already. Its pretty fantastic. I'm reading the visual novel or at least what is translated. Its good, but a bit too much hentai for me. If it had a reason I wouldn't mind it but its mainly just the main character doing her because he loves her and it comes up frequently, and yeah whatever. Seems out of character for Tomoyo but it is what it is. So I get to skip those parts, but so far the story is fantastic. I hope to finish it this sunday, if I really trudge through it this weekend, so I can have it done before school gets started.

Other news, I went to Washington ( state ) to visit a friend and just loved it. I am going to move up there after I graduate and start my new life there. Which is nice. Its good to have some plans for the road ahead. :D .

I am still drawing and I got the best advice from a random art guy I talked to on gamefaqs. Which has really helped me out in a lot of areas of my life. Of being confident in who I am what I like and doing the things I want to do. So I have started opening up a lot more. Which is good. I feel a lot better that way. Who would have thought. Also my buddy up in Washington makes it easy for me to be myself and thats why I actually bought some Manga, I had always wanted too, but could never muster up the courage to do it. Silly I know but I am like that.

Anyways back to drawing. I have been wokring on stances and action poses. But its exetremely difficult for me. Its slowly getting better I hope to have some full body drawings posted up soon.

Anywyas summer is coming to a close this friday. It is what it is. I am ready to finish up my last mandatory year of school and start my new life. It will be most enjoyable.

Can't wait for the full BB : CS OST to be released. Diasuke is putting out grade A material and he is only getting better with each album IMO. A bit less Metal but his structure is so much better and his use of other instruments is getting better to.

Now now lets not rush this. I'll save the moving part till the end.Lets see, I dog sat and that was overly boring the dog ate Valkyrie Profile Covenant of Plume and the receiver off of my head set. How lame. Now going on from there, I finished Magical Witch Nurse Komugi (I like to add the magical part in there it rolls off the tongue better) It was 6 episodes long and very very enjoyable. A good parody on the magical girl animes, and Komugi was way tooooo cute. Twas good times in the end. I've been taking my time with Clannad mainly because it makes me overly emotional to watch more than 2-3 episodes. I've been crying more with after story and rejoicing more also. Its been a rollar coaster. I finally received deathsmiles and it looks like a fun and difficult horizontal shmup. Came with a soundtrack so that makes game #4 that I have bought on the basis that it comes with a sound track. haha.

Been in a drawing slump but I bought a drawing book.Called Manga for the beginner. And it takes things really basic and goes from there. Its quite nice wiht a fair amount of text and plenty of examples. Its pretty fantastic. So I started drawing tonight but I got distracted with stuff. I got the facial structure and eyes down, I'll post up the finish project today.

Ok, so moving out. Me being here seems to be straining me and my parents relationship, and it also seems to be straining there relationship. My parents now see my problems, of being anti social, a bit depressed, and low self confidence, yet they don't really know what to do. I'm constantly being told to hang out with people and that I need to be dating. I have also been getting a serious of lectures that involve me getting asked by my mother if I am gay and if I am I can tell her. My extended family also thinks I'm gay too. So thats all well and good. When I was dog sitting I came back and it seemed my parents were different I asked them about it and they started doing things together and acting more couplish. Now that I am back that seems to have faded away. I'm a strain on there relationship for whatever reason, and perhaps it would be better for all of us it I just moved out? ( I hope that didn't come out emo...) I have a place I can move into with an old coworker and his wife. I'd have my own room and what nots. So it wouldn't be too bad, it would just suck finacially but well these things may need to be done.
