RuneScape has a lot of quests in it, each one is about the same length as a WoW quest chain.

Best one that I've seen recently is Millenium Actress., real good and moving plot with a nice touch of surrealism.

yes, very much so. both physical and mental health would get affected by it

I think each is popular with a different demographic, and each is better at different things. For the "wanting a one box solution" crowd a PC wins, for the "throw in the disk and play" crowd its the consoles. slowly they are merging into the same thing (xbox360 is more and more a dedicated games PC with a locked set up) and I expect the next gen to all come with email / browsing and the like, the big difference will be what games are available and which room you want to play it in rather than the hardware

Well, you could cross out the "I" part, and write "The atoms that currently make up my body, which existed throughout the duration of time that the Universe existed" and cross out "WW3" and write "every war in history, even the Clone Wars, technically speaking." jaydough

My apologies for the braindump, I've been reading up about that subject recently and it kinda just exploded all out of my head and onto the keyboard.

In my defence I did say it was a sidenote ;-p

So I got sent the news by a mate who follows MechScapeWorld that MechScape (hard sci-fi browser based MMO) will be coming out later this year (he thinks mid summer). I've been following news of it for a while (what little there has been, the makers are saying almost nothing) and I'm quite excited by it, so hearing it's getting closer to release got me all full of "oh boy, oh boy!". Then I realised noone else around me had even heard of it.

So have any of you guys heard of it, and if so is it filling you with anticipation?

I really cannot see how it can be cracked. The game is played on their servers, you can't fake a log-on that doesn't exist on their end, hence piracy would be non-existant.G013M
