Who women? That's a terrible thing to say.

I've never heard of women having trouble in the gaming industry. I'm not saying they didn't, it's just that I never heard about it. Like a developers having troubles advancing or getting a job or harassement because the're women .They've been there since gaming conception, shaping it even though in few numbers. No sure why they're trying to spin it as the gaming industry or gamers hating female developers.

Man I don't know. There is danger to be labelled sexist every time you question a woman (Not a problem in my country, but a lot of it on the internet), but after reading this entire article I'm not sure about the legitimacy of Anita's threats. I don't deny them but I'm not accepting them either.

God Zoe is doing it again. She made an anonymous post on 4chan calling for attacks on her. There were five responses telling her to **** off then the mods deleted her post.

Suprise suprise later we see a screencap of her post on tweeter along with hundreds of retweets. Whatever pity I still had for her is gone. She doesn't want to be left alone, she wants to stay relevant and a victim.

Same thing happend with her first harassment claims from Wizardchan (a chan for depressed suicidial virgins). Only gaming media covered it without any sort of proof from Zoe, and these people got harassed.

Yet she 's one half of the reason all gaming journalists and some developers turned on millions of gamers.

I agree that it's a shame that it all started with a sex scandal, and some people still don't want to touch it because of it.

But the more info they dug up on Zoe the less pity I had her. This women used RW death to promote herself and her depression related game, after setting gaming media and her large twitter following to abuse people on a forum for suicidal depressed male virgins.

They died when they generalized all their audience like worthless scum. Gamespot / IGN were worse first by silence then by spinning the entire story and spreading even more misinformation.

They did ran that article saying that hate from gamers should stop. They still spreaded misinformation and half truth.

You said gamers = jerks and that's really mean spirited thing to say. If you don't enjoy video game communities you don't have to poison them with negativity.

Guys I beg you speak up against this. You can't let a dozen hipsters and their hipster twitter following (who have the lowest opinion on video games) decide if gamers are dead, what video games should be about, or if gaming journalism should actually be about video games (they think it should be about gender politics). Can you imagine the arrogance between these people.

All of these sides belong to the same group(owner) , the same that is behind Anita. To me this is why gaming journalism went to hell, these group of people. So I think we should do something

Don't know what type of person you are or with what type of people you play video games with. I've had fun with people I don't speak the same language with, someone with 30 years age difference , my sister, old friends, my online friends.

If you call them terrible people it's only because you have issues with your own life.
