[QUOTE="Revan_911"]Oh my god. It just doesn't end. Their a space only species. In high low gravity areas their body shape is the most logical form. That's why squid, octopuses, cuttlefish have their form in water. What use is legs if you only in space and you are always floating? So reapers are transformers....Give up dude.Regardless that the one on the left has brown lights, and the one on the right blue lights, they all look like giant bugs. So if you expect me to beilve that every dominant species in the galaxy for the last 25 million years were a bug, thats not a real proof.

What about the human reaper looking like a giant Terminator? Can you explain that?
And while you're writting that big wall of text don't you see how contrived and non sensical this game's plot is? If bioware can't find decent writers WHY NOT KEEP THINGS SIMPLE!?

They'll explain that in Mass Effect 3 no doubt. It was there to build hype and excitement, and to segway into the next game. Obviously the Reapers are trying something different.
All this was explained in the game, so i'd say the writing on it is quite sensical.
There's always something right...? You seem like an intelligent individual why not just accept that the writing is a piece of crap. I mean if you liked Transformers 2 enough im sure you could find a way to explain the 500 plot holes. What about the human reaper looking like a giant Terminator? Can you explain that?

I already said it ! Pay attention please i repeat myself a hundred times. I saw at least 100 reapers in the end cutscene. And they all looked the same, like the sovereign like the derelict reaper. According to the logic at the end every reaper should look different depending upon which race it was created on.[QUOTE="Revan_911"][QUOTE="lundy86_4"]
Again, you avoided my other point, about the possibility that it isn't ALL of the reapers, because, unfortunately, it pokes a hole in your criticism.
lundy86_4
There were not 100. No, it did not explain that it was all the reapers, therefore you are ASSUMING it is. Meaning, you have no facts to back up your statement, and I have brought it reasonable doubt.
It could simply be a first or second wave.
On top of that, we only saw maybe 10 close up, and some further in the distance.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5fj0xvMCJg Watch it from 6.40. There are at least 1000 reapers in the background and they all look the same, you will notice if you look closely. Like seriously have you even played the game. You're stretching it. The reapers are hollow inside like a spaceship. Why would they build them like that anyway...? Another plot hole, i didn't consider that. Why is are the reapers build like spaceships? Yet the human reaper looked nothing like a space ship, and was quite smaller than any other reaper. Im pretty sure EDI said that the human part goes on the inside. And the reaper wasn't even finished. No, i don't remember that. And the reapers are build like a ship, with corridors and control panels, and chairs. If it was a semi- living entity, why would they build it like that.[QUOTE="Revan_911"]
[QUOTE="akbar13"] All the reapers look the same because that is only the outside shell...

Obviously haven't played the game ! There's an explanation at the end where they say that Every reaper is modeled after an assimilated race.[QUOTE="Revan_911"][QUOTE="Dead-Memories"]
It seems to me that you took the things that you either didn't understand, or didn't put in the effort to understand and created absurd ways to bash on these three points.
deep down the council obviously knows that reapers exist, but what would happen if this was let out to th public? a **** storm"again just minor observation on the player's part
just because humans have a spot on the council mean absolutely nothing, the other species still view them with antagonism and superiority. And these colonies were mostly in the most farthest and randomest of systems.
the reapers according to lore, were 'always' there. you are just stretching what harbinger was trying to do with a human reaper and twisting into more absurd plot ideas.
try harder next time.
