ive installed two hard drives myself, both on the phat PS3 (a 40Gb and a 80Gb PS3), both were very easy to do. hmmm.. I dont know if you can move the data without another PS3: ps3 firmware 3.15 data transfer (this moves the data between 2). You can easily copy the unprotected data (basically save games without trophies or install data) to an external USB drive but not sure about the protected data. Your PS3 will probably want to format any new drive and you cant have two 'internal' hard drives at once.
Same as above, wasn't the main reason but one of them. For me it was that the PS3 was a next gen games machine, blu-ray player and then finally free online. Ive been using PS since the PS1!
I hope the level builder is easier this time, in th first one It was sort of hard to mke all work togther relly smoothly. The trailer ma, looks really sick though>

I hope its not, after-all when your finished with a game what can you do with it then? Just gonna be on the shelf, cos no-one will want a pre-own copy. What's next? tie each copy to your account?
Tekken for me, Street fighter 4 had too much grinding in it. I also hate the impossibly hard trophies in it! But I do agree about the lack of real improvement in Tekken 6 - is it too hard to add a couple extra death/ko animations? Ive seen them for like 3 or 4 games now! I hope there was more in Tekken 6 - too much time was spent on the scenario mode!
This will be great. I can understand MM reluctantly to make a new game however the DLC's haven't gave the game enough life.. for me anyway (good but short). Hopefully the trophies will be harder too!
I too upgraded my hard drive, although I first had a 40Gb so I kind-of thought I need to upgrade, so I went for a 320gb. I thought it would be easier put the hard drive at the start before I fill it up. However my 40Gb did go down (drive failure), so I kept my 320gb and put it into a 'new' 80gb. What size hard drive did you have?
You definitely need to remove game installs, save games take very little space in comparison. The amount of free space is in system, then the last one .. i think its system information?
Well for me, Dead space was pretty violent - made me jump (physically) a few times as well (although probably not the best idea to play when you only been up for a hour lol). In Fallout 3 how-come your leg (or arm) sort-of falls off when you are killed? Its fine before you died, but it just comes off like its attached with blue-tack?
