Quite easily, actually. We know what happens to Reach, but we don't know what will happen to Noble team and it's something I'm looking forward to finding out as I play the game. I hope this thread is safe now that the punishment is harsh, it was a very well made thread after all.

I like achievements when they help remind me of things I haven't done and would like to. Like I haven't gotten an achievement for beating Batman AA on hard so I won't forget I still need to do that.

Others just in get in the way like, "Shoot and kill 20 enemies while they're knocked out by a punch." Who needs to do that...

I think you just want the PS3 to win and it's pathetic. If you think it had the best showing that's fine. Take pride in it, you don't need us saying it won just to justify your purchase. :)

Like I said in my post, I was putting it off.

I've seen the old movie. It was pretty good.

I just finished the first season of Spartacus: Blood and Sand and holy **** was it good. I had been putting it off for awhile because it just seemed like another shallow TV show with lots of blood and sex. I was thoroughly impressed by how much heart and depth the show actually has. I found myself caring about all the slaves, even those that had serious character flaws. It's one of my favorite parts of the show. It presents a range of characters, all with different desires/goals that often clash with each other. The good guys aren't always the good guys, and the bad guys can be very deceptive.

Certainly another great aspect of the show are the battle scenes, after all they are gladiators. Other than using slow motion a bit too much, they're excellent and gruesomely realistic.

I highly recommend this show to everyone, as long as you can handle a lot of blood and a lot of sex/nudity. It can seem a little ridiculous at times. The finale was so epic and satisfying that I almost cried (not really) and I'm highly anticipating the next season.
