[QUOTE="Pietrooper"][QUOTE="ReverseCycology"] I wouldn't compare MGO with Halo 3's multiplayer. MGO can be compare with games like Shadowrun and GT5P. MGO will only have 5 maps and not alot of game modes, just a couple of deathmatch variants and one noteworthy game mode called Sneaking Missions. The retail version of MGO is currently only availible on the MGS4 disc. I hope whenever they come out with a seperate disc it includes a headset but you definitely need that for a game like MGO, but I doubt that'll happen.
And I thought cows said they didn't like DLC.
ReverseCycology
What does that have to do with anything? It's still a full game, and has like... five game modes: Deathmatch,Team Deathmatch, Capture Mission, Base Mission and Sneaking Mission. If Gears can ship with three modes, Warzone, Execution and Assassination each with less customization than the Metal Gear Online modes then... yeah.
Also, five maps is not bad really. Most people tend to stick to a few maps anyway.
Add to that character customization, skill customization, weapon customization, a ranking system and drebin points variation of every game mode it's a pretty great package :|
Since it's a full game, are you willing to buy it at a full game price, $60 bucks? Again, you're comparing games like Halo 3 and Gears with a single player and multiplayer to a game that's only multiplayer. MGO is the PS3's Shadowrun.
And it's in a pretty great package because it's with MGS4, the second coming, can't wait!
 epic lulz
dude, just sit the f*** down...

seriously, you're making PS3 look bad and embarrasing yourself in front of the lemms...
read: MGS4 + MGO = $60
in 1 game , in 1 disc
