Looks just like SF4 Remastered. Where's the huge change I saw from SF2-SF3 and SF3-SF4? I remember being excited about the visual change. I still think the game is going to be amazing don't get me wrong. That rice bowl falling on Chun Lis head was freaking awesome.
Look at Soul Caliber too. Graphical powerhouse on Dreamcast. And the only fighting game Gamespot ever gave a perfect 10 to. I think Guilty Gear looks better than this (but that's extremely niche) and I completely agree with you. MKX makes this look mediocre like they just made SF4 HD.
Looks like an instant classic for an extremely underrated console. Love the port beggars they are so hilarious! Cannot wait to get this. The demo was excellent. I knew if they cleaned up the slowdown from the PS3 original and made it even crazier it would be GOTY material. Still can't believe a Gamespot editor gave a Wiiu game a 10 lol. They are so critical of Nintendo.
It's just not an excuse to have pretty graphics. Horizon is 30 FPS but it's also a huge open world with an incredibly dynamic weather system and day night cycles - also extremely minimal loading. They know its claustrophobic to drive in an open world 24/7 and you can tell because the cockpit is bare bones compared to Forza 5 where it is hyper detailed. I can't even believe DC got away with 30 FPS. I won't even download it for free. The game is solid but compared to Playground and Turn Ten their devs are garbage, that's REAL TALK lol.
And trust me that 30FPS really shows when you are in cockpit view. Then play Forza 5 in that same view and you not only see but feel the difference. It's not like Horizon where you drive third person while you explore the world GTA style. It's inexcusable for an intensive closed track racer with narrow tracks.
But on a drive club article you conveniently ignore the fact that they just put out the excellent Horizon 2. Come on man. In an article about a racing game you only ignore the racers? Lol money bet you have not played Horizon.
