I think I'm getting this at launch along with battlefield and drive club. I'm actually not the biggest Killzone fan - didnt even beat 2 (although I thought it looked gorgeous) and I missed 3 altogether - but I feel like this is gonna just be insanely good for some reason. I guess I don't really care too much about the voice actors though because I don't even know who they are but I still think its cool that they're really putting effort into the campaign that's pretty awesome attention to detail. I just hope these games SCREAM next gen cause Im dropping dough for this system lol
Pachter is an idiot, every other article where he makes a ridiculous forecast, 99% of the comments are how off base he is. Now its a free for all Nintendo bashing and Pachter is a sage. I'm not denying that WiiU needs to gain steam...but the system is less than a year old. I don't get the hate. PS3 and 360 were horrible at launch (and a couple years in even) seven years later they are these behemoths. So if you can read the future ill concede...but you can't. I would at least give Nintendo a few years with WiiU before I start judging the quality of its software lineup - cause its all about the games right? I just bought a PS4 cause I'm a Sony fan too and if I could afford an Xbox one I'd get that also. I personally love how the next console generation is looking - Nintendo has alot of $$$ and a great opportunity to impress people going forward. Only an idiot would judge the entire fate of Nintendo and WiiU when its been out less than a year. That is insane. Say what you want but its less than a year old. This conversation should be had a few years in. Lets see how it takes shape. And no one is making you buy it. I bought PS3 AND 360 at launch. Everyone was crying when the first awesome game to come out for Live was GRAW and PS3 didn't start getting that killer exclusive lineup until a few years in. The last awesome launch I remember was Sega Dreamcast. LOL WiiU has to build its library and Nintendo can make consoles for fun so don't think they're gonna fail cause its not selling amazingly well... If anything they'll regroup five years from now and start working on a new console. But I hope they ride WiiU out cause I'm loving it and I hope it starts picking up steam.
I have no idea. His explanation was extremely convoluted. Something about syncing my PSN name to my system to check when I originally purchased it. I felt borderline violated and creeped out that he took it that far. He said such insane BS I was shocked...I've since seen his name pop up here and there starting fanboy arguments with people for no reason LOL some people forget they're games.

If its about the games then my WiiU is looking VERY good in 2014. And if its about the games than I have zero faith in MS based on previous experience. I might buy an Xbox One in the future - but it will be years down the line cause I just bought a PS4 which is cheaper and more powerful. How are you gonna pull the "it's all about the games" line when you're Microsoft and your system hasn't even launched yet??? PS4 already destroyed it and Nintendo (wisely) sidesteps all this console wars BS. I love it lol that's karma for my 360 RRODing right when Gears came out. F U Microsoft.
I've seen some really crazy comments and invasions of privacy. I had someone (with the username RayMarioMan) ask me for my PSN on IGN.com because he didnt believe I owned a PS3. I gave it to him and then afterwards he was so irate I proved him wrong that he started to go off on me - even ran my name through some website so he could verify when I purchased my system and how long I owned it - just to prove whether or not I played a certain game and achieved its trophies (how is that even possible). Trust me it was very confusing what he claimed he did. To think, the whole argument started because I said he was crazy for thinking "ratchet and clank was miles better than Mario" lol and his reply to me that precipitated the argument "stop sucking Marios d*** you f***** Nintendo fanboy." So yeah I am not surprised by people taking things to far on the Internet and If someone makes even a sarcastic threat as a joke then I have no pity for them. Some people take Internet argument too seriously to be honest.
I think if they "got it" they would get rid of it...cause quite frankly nobody wants it. I love some EA games but I want to use them WITHOUT Origin. EA truly does not "get it" from a consumers point of view.
I gotta applaud Ubisoft. They praise, make games for and support every major console. They continue beloved franchises and they innovate with new ones. Honestly they really are the darlings of the videogame publishing world. Just a great company and I really think they're positioning themselves well going into the next generation. I kinda agree with Hirschbergs comments too (about Xbox one) but I think every console is gonna be just fine. If I have the money $$$ eventually I would like to own them all.
