Ill laugh if he reviews it and gives it below an 8. People will go crazy. Or if *shudder* they give the review to Carolyn petit.

From what I've seen it looks like its gonna do everything better than Borderlands. Maybe not the humor but you never know. Plus the world is gonna look better - everything will be more seamless (if we are talking next gen consoles here) its still a ways off though...

Can't wait to play this Sunday. Nice review. Damn McShea is a tough reviewer lol

Have not played Pikmin in a while and forgot how brilliant it is. You can't get games like this on any other system.

Damn they are teasing me with this. Prolly my favorite game from last gen. This and Fallout 3. I did find alot of Zelnicks comments very interesting - talking about wanting to keep long standing franchises and permanent franchises. Reminds me of Nintendo. Once a company finds an identifiable, profitable franchise don't expect them to ever kill it off. And the one-offs backfire because all people do is clamor for a sequel ad nauseum for years on end. The only reason I think they're waiting to make a sequel for this is because they were busy with GTAV and maybe they are learning the next gen systems hardware as we speak...plus I think RDR is still profitable for them to this day. So I think the sequel is a ways off but I'm excited for it nonetheless.

Why anyone would complain about the long horse rides is beyond me. Part of the beauty was examining the landscape and listening to the banter during pre mission rides. And I can't tell you how many times I rode off the beaten path for what seemed like hours on end. Loved the riding. It was a major part of the game!

At least TLOU got an 8 (I think its low too but 8 is still considered "good") Carolyn "the beast" Pettit gave LM a 6.5 when its blatantly a well crafted quality title. That score should be redacted and dare I say her job should come into question. She took points away for it being too difficult (when it wasn't)!!!!! That's insane when its untrue and your job is to play games for a living. I think McShea should have scored TLOU at least an 8.5 but he didnt bash it.

Well that's hypocritical. You say WiiU is gonna be buried by the other two consoles and yet you say its "too early to call Xbox one a failure?" Are you a psychic? Why don't you take your own advice. WiiU is less than a year old and if you think Nintendo is gonna give up then that is just crazy. They haven't even put out their heavy hitters yet. Games that sell their consoles. Smash, Mario, Mario Kart, Zelda - those games move consoles. You might not personally like them but the world doesn't revolve around you. I guess you're not taking into account all the parents who are gonna get their kids a WiiU this Christmas because a) they want what they think will be a family friendly console and B) they might have trouble even finding PS4s and Xbox ones. There's so many factors to consider and it goes beyond your "flavor of the month" reasoning. Nintendo has always gone against trend and taken chances and they're still here. They stayed with cartridges with N64, they went with mini discs with Gamecube, they went with motion controls with Wii and they STILL make a profit. Their handhelds alone will keep them well I'm profit.

I'm not bothered by this news at all. Me personally, Im all for an extremely fast and streamlined OS. I think this is just fanboy fodder. Really just want a release date at this point - paid in full and I'm just waiting to play the darn thing! I'm guessing sometime mid October or mid November.
