It took me just short of an hour to get the first trophy in the game. The Symmetry puzzle. It was very satisfying to complete it and I'm looking forward to progressing further into the game to see how it pans out but I'd balk at the asking price to be honest, even though I have already paid for it. Its a little steep for what it ultimately is but that's just my opinion. Its also a game that you really want to try to beat without looking at guides, etc.
To be honest after the complete joke that EQ Next and EQ Landmark (and later just Landmark) was, its little wonder that people are hesitant getting involved with his new project(s). Smedley was the man over seeing those two games at SOE, they promised all sorts of crap to early backers but to date have delivered very little and as far as I am aware, these days they're hardly mentioned by the studio (which is now known as Daybreak). I realise Smed has gone his separate ways from Daybreak but there are many that followed the rapidly downward slide of Everquest since Daybreak took the reins and subsequently started dismissing a lot of key staff behind the new projects. His history will follow him and the whole EQ Next promise has fallen remarkably flat, ironically just like his new attempt at funding a game.
@gkmogglemog: Lester (heist mastermind), Lamar (Franklins mate), Simeon (corrupt car salesman), Fabien (the girly man yoga instructor), Agent Haines (corrupt FIB dude, although he got offed so scrap him), Devin Weston (multi billionaire rich dude), Amanda, Jimmy and Tracy (Michaels wife, kids), Stretch (Lamars mate, bad dude), Wei Chung (Triad leader), Martin Madrazo (owner of demolished house and somewhat angry, like Witcher fanboys when they face the truth about their average game), Patricia Madrazo (Trevors aging love interest), Molly (great tits and pretty fit but got sucked into a plane engine so scrap her too), Ron, Floyd and Wade (Trevors posse) ... I could on. Yeah they could pull off side stories with interesting side characters sorry. Although I'll give you Brucie from GTA IV, he's worth at least a couple of the above. Why not put Nico, Brucie, Roman, etc in a GTA V DLC? The characters of the entire franchise can be used if they like (and if they're alive), after all they created them.
