@bentleyj10: Its not a popularity contest, its a best game contest and by all accounts Ori is a very good game, I personally haven't played it because I own a PS4 and don't play many games on the PC. It deserves to be there from what I have read. Halo 5 may be a popular IP but it didn't quite hit the top 5 they mentioned, I'm sure it probably would have been close but you can't please everyone.

@shadow_cse: Whats wrong with that? I don't think The Witcher 3 deserves it, far from it but if a game is good no matter which platform its on it should be recognised.

@nyadc: Try some comprehension, no where at all does it say Best Exclusive Game. It says Best Xbox One Game, ALL of those games are Xbox One games, dry your eyes and get over it.
