The only game I have hassles with it is Just Cause 3. But that is the games fault mainly; horrid vehicle controls. I love it for Rocket League. Having a boost button at the end of the trigger really helps :)
@TERMINATOR-SSD: It's their first controller. M$ and Sony had the same hassles with their first console controllers. Cost vs sales for Valve in a market not actually aimed at consoles. Tricky business. Maybe an "Elite" version if this Steam idea works out.
@elheber: Try wearing a PIP-Boy. But seriously, smartwatches with sim-cards are not rare. Just sync with a blutooth headset and use your voice to send txt's and make calls. No more phone to juggle.
The only problem with the game is that it does need a lot of tweaks and the next patch will be a big download. Couple of gigs on an already big download is hard on some people with limited connectivity. Had enough trouble with GTA V size patches, not to forget Arkham Knights patches that semm to almost rival the size of the entire game and no end in sight.
JC3 itself is fun, and I've had no major slowdowns or bugs. Only one crash, and some shadow flickering trouble. FPS are all very high with most settings on max. The game is just plain sandbox fun, good to blow crap up for an hour here and there. Patches and DLC will make this game bigger and better.
@ecs33: I went from a 670 to a 970 5 months ago. Never looked back. If you really want 4k you'd be best with a 980ti, but those go for around a thousand depending on sales. But I love the 970. Everything works so much better. Only the most demanding of games aren't on Ultra. Don't really care though as even medium/high settings still beats any console and I'm too busy playing to notice.
The original is still the original. It proves today that the best graphics still do not touch the heart of a great story. Getting that Golden Chocobo was a lot of work. Even my own mother, who knew nothing of games, kept asking how it was coming along.
Good times with an old CRT television and Playstation that I used from a shelf in my sliding-door wardrobe. 37 now, I was 15/16 then. My walls were covered in full size drawings of my favorite characters done in graphite pencil. a 5'10" Lara Croft I drew stood behind my door. Sonic was my favorite game till FFVII came out. :)
The remake looks awesome. I'll buy a PS4 just to play it.
@Scarshi: Just to add, I got my Arkham Knight key from buying a new video card. So a free lemon basically that gets more sour each day. Deletion is possible. I won't, but I might. Maybe. Tempting.
