I'm trying to post my thoughts but I don't really know how to type them, it's almost as if my fingers possessed my brain and just keeps sending the message "second-party" to me. My fingers must not like me, considering the term "second-party" doesn't exist.

Maybe my fingers are forming a conspiracy against me using complete and total nonsense and making me believe it! "When Fingers Attack". That'd make a great game.

Well, I think we get the point that Friend Codes are abominations of all things sane, and we can hope that Nintendo will actually give us a choice to make a gamertag that we can change at will WITHOUT HAVING TO WASTE 10 BUCKS!

I'm just wondering, because I had bad luck with the 360, and I'm just wondering if the Nintendo Wii isn't easy to break like it's older relatives.

First, what is the strongest blow it can take without taking any damage?

Second, how loud is it, and does it make you nervous when you hear the noises within the system change?

Lastly, how can I take care of it besides not destroying it by accident?

Thanks in advance.

The thing that I love the most about the wii is how any classics you've missed out on can be obtained, played, and then you didn't miss out! I've missed out on a lot of nintendo action, because for the past year I switched to Microsoft (worst mistake of my life).

This is great for younger gamers like me who are looking for the classics to be able to actually know what they're talking about when a group of adult gamers are talking about the original games of a everlasting series, like Metroid. I've only played the GBA Metroids :(. They're quality games, but only lasted me a few afternoons.

P.S. I'm looking to try out the two Metroid Prime games. Give me your thoughts on whether I should buy both/the original/the sequel, stuff like that.

[QUOTE="PikaPichu"]

[QUOTE="gatsbythepig"][QUOTE="Ctown_Canaduh"]umm the controls and first party games :DTacoJelly

He pretty much nailed it. The controls completely change the way a game is played. Also, where else are you going to get Mario, Zelda and Metroid?

There's Ratchet and Clank or Jak and Daxter to replace Mario, Okami for Zelda and Castlevania for Metroid. ;)

None of those games replace crap. They may be fun, but the quality of nintendo games set them far apart from games on other platforms. Also... how dare you compare 3D castlevania to 3D Metroid!

I second that.

Oh, sorry, I meant to say store credit. What I'm trying to say is that I don't want another 360, I just want store credit.

I had a 360 for about 2 months, and then it wasn't working too well. I did not have the warranty for it, but that's not my problem.

I went out and bought a new 360 at Wal-mart, and long story short, I just want to return it.

Now here's what I need help with. First, will EB just take my original 360 for a trade-in if I give them the console and all of the accessories, even though they're not wrapped? Second, can I return the second 360 at wal-mart and get my money back, and if I can, then how?

I want to get as much money I can back for these 360s without having to ship anything or do anything on the internet. Keep in mind, the first 360 runs, but will freeze every 30 minutes, and the second 360 runs, and I just want to return it.

Also, is there a way I can get cash for the second one, or will they just give me another 360 to return to them?

My 360 refuses to work now, but it wasn't just a sudden failure. My brother moved it at one point while it was running, and it gradually was being reduced to nothing in a matter of weeks.

Now in that time period, it had trouble reading disks, and it would freeze often. Would this ruin the disk, or does it just ruin the 360 and leave the disk unharmed?

When I made my gamertag, I was trying to come up with something really creative.

For instance, I remember seeing a gamertag called "yourself" so whenever you killed this person in Halo 2, the little text would say "You killed yourself".

I also remember seeing one that was "A E I OWN YOU". I just love that name.

I eventually realized that it was just a gamertag, and it had no meaning, so I just took my nickname, put a slot machine combination on the end of it, and came up with "schaef777". And here I am!
