Ok so tax return season is here and I've gone too long without a computer since mine got hit by lightning many months ago. Anyways here is what my set-up is going to look like.

Intel 2.4ghz Quad Core

4GB DDR2 1066

Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS (G92)

500GB HDD

And of course the no brainer stuff like DVD-rom/burner. I will hopefully be adding an additional 8800 GTS soon. I'm hoping to be able to run crysis at around 40-50fps at a respectable resolution.

Ok so I finally got Ubuntu up and running. I got the resolution set and locked at 1080i and I have my internet working. My only trouble is I cant figure out how to get flash installed. IF anyone knows how to do this or can point me in the right direction it would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks.

Just curious as to which one would be the best choice.

Ok, so I am trying to go to break.com and watch videos through my PS3 web browser is this possible? If you have done it or figured out how to do it please let me know. Also I tried to load one of the pages on GameSpot and got a "not enough memory" and then it just showed a solid white screen. And fixes for my problem would be great. Thanks.

[QUOTE="cleotis_max"]Some people don't like Tomatos, but you dont see them making threads about it.Judonwanit

I hate threads like these and those " Can I play Ps2 games on my 40GB PS3 "....this is why parents should beat their kids so they don't whine all the time. Learn how to deal with things in life. It's not perfect.

Can i play ps2 games on my 60gb ps3? if so can i play ps3 games on my ps2? it says backwards compatability

ahhhhh can you play PS3 on PS2 that would have saved me so much money! DAMN! :p

[QUOTE="Shrinekeeper"]Not wanting to sound like a fanboy because were just talking about controllers not consoles... but the 360 controller is a much better designed controller for FPS, why didnt Sony realize and redisgned the controller for FPS games? I mean the DS2 wasnt that great to begin with and they just went and made it even worse with horrible triggers and a cheap plastic feel. :( at least we can get DS3 soon and those real trigger things.azzezino
I got a DS3 and the L2 & R2 triggers are exactly the same.

I'm talking about those third party things that snap on, that makes the R2 and L2 more like real triggers instead of .... whatever you want to call it.
