Everything from the best digital camera sensors to the rights for everything that is Michael Jackson they have so many assets it would take years before they were doomed. Hell they coudl get out of the TV business right now and they would be profitable as that is where the majority of there losses are coming from but they wont do it as they feel its to much of a part of the companys DNA.
Good thing I can go out and play them for myself and make a sound decistion rather then letting commercials tell me what to buy. The PS Vita is amazing tech for the price the 3DS was outdated as hell as soon as it launched.
Lots of exclusives but not making much money from it I'm guessing. What can Sony do to turn this around?

LOL god you are delusional. Yes do what MS does make one good game a year ( Gears of War 3) and then make loads of low budget Kinect shovelware and watch it sell well. I mean honestly do you own MS stock or something? I own both consoles and the reason why I like the PS3 so much more then the 360 is because they acutally spend there money on making good games , while Microsoft spends it on Kinect trash and making sure every COD commercial that comes out has a Xbox logo on the end of it.
I have never cared about handhelds but all honesty the Vita seems like a good value to me. Its hillarious how people talk about how they think the vita is a rip off yet then they go buy an I-pad 2 or a IP4. The tech in the vita for the price is amazing and later on down the line its going to have alot of great features.

They might do what they did with the pre-PSP and pre-PS3 E3 events.
Just say they are working on next-generation system, have some hype PR talk, and call it a day. Don't show any games or hardware. Then Next E3 show off the console and the game lineup.

Looking at what the rumors for the next xbox and seeing what ive seen from the Wii U the PS4 is the last one I have any hope for.
