i personally wanna get the game this weekend and "un-sober myself" before i play, then enjoy the hell out of it. it'll help me unwind from the work week. if i had more of a life, i probably wouldn't have time for ANY game whether its "kiddy" or not.

360 and ps3 have lotsa multimedia features that have little if anything to do with games

congrats tc. you are what i consider a true hardcore gamer.

you play what you like and you don't limit yourself by graphics, genre or others opinions. and it looks like you don't limit yourself to one console either.

you like a little bit of everything: adventure, sports, racing, party, shooter, puzzle, strategy,etc...

and that is very very rare on this forum

and thanks for reinforcing my faith in the wii.

i do think that halo3 is a system seller (a huge one at that) but the systems bought because of the game were probably bought before the game released.

it's still up in the air if the 360 sales spike much after release.
