Beat Alien: Isolation.

Good game, but too long for its own good. It really dragged towards the end, and backtracking through old areas didn't help.

Sony not forcing their devs to include multiplayer for the sake of it is a good thing. Developers should make their games as they envision them.

But this is how zelda began. Hell, the original zelda left you to figure out ALL of it on your own. i honestly have no idea how anyone ever beat it without a guide back in the days. Zelda is returning to its roots. This is real zelda. Not the hand holding stuff we've seen over the years.

wut

I'm talking about a sword breaking after a few hits. That's annoying as shit.

You must really not like the early Elder Scrolls (Arena-Oblivion)/Bethesda Fallout (3/New Vegas) games, eh?

Bethesda's games are terrible. New Vegas is excellent, but I avoided combat whenever possible.

It's not something I want to put up with in a Zelda game, which is an entirely different style of game.

It looked dull to me, especially coming off of Uncharted 4 this year. I've never been a Gears fan though.

World seems kinda empty, but it looks great otherwise. Curious to see how far they'll go with the voice acting.

As long as Zelda doesn't suck like Skyward Sword, or disappoint like A Link Between Worlds, I'm good.

So is calling everything a clone of TLOU a thing now? I mean, yeah, a game of its pedigree is obviously going to have influence in the industry, but games are allowed to have children, forests, and cinematic chops while still doing its own thing.

In regards to GoW, Ascension proved the series needed a shake-up - a dramatic one. Shit was getting stale.
