I have a question/addition suggestion.

My question is: Does the PS3 support the use of a Keyboard? Just a standard USB keyboard?

What could be added FAQ is: What peripherals are available/should I get for the PS3? Answer....?

I know a driving wheel and remote control are available and I think a camera... what else is available / do I need? Maybe just a link to someplace... More kudos for you on this thread... lots of good information for the PS3 n00b aka me ;)

I'm getting this too.

One of the unions I belong to The DVD Collectors Union has their banner hosted on image shack and it's a original user created image so I knew something was up. No copyright issues or anything like that. Now that I'm looking around I see it's all of GameSpot. Someone must have filed a report that linked to something here. I noticed this earlier this morning and it's still the same as of this post. :?

Someone needs to put these people on a leash.

I have a good backlog of games on hand most of them a few years old and purchased or received as gifts recently. I would rather more good stuff comes out now so by the time I need to buy something the price will have already come down the good stuff. :P Not to mention I would have lots of reviews to read to help me choose and any patches would be out. :D

I may be mistaken but I think Pearlman provided his voice for the previous Fallout games.Solid_Cobra

Your not mistaken.

I make the majority of my purchases for PC @ Amazon. Probably 75% are made there. Used is only a last resort.

I enjoy making Best Buy runs to go "Shopping" for all the items they have. I like getting to look at the box and seeing stuff I might not have known I was interested in. For PS2 games I like to go through the used rack at GameStop and the bargain bins at department stores. For Wii, since the library is still relatively small I almost always know what I want before I buy but sometimes I'm surprised by a GameCube title that catches my eye.

Franco, you're WAY off. 1 US dollar=1.50 canadian dollars, so that's why things seem more expensive there.UT_Wrestler

I'm sorry but your way off. As of Friday the exchange rate was/is 1 USD = 0.991 CAD http://www.x-rates.com/

~edit~ whoops sorry read the wrong line
It's actually 1 USD = 1.0088 CAD :)

Add me to the list.

I got a message that had the same title as the message below it but was blank and dated 1969
No sender. I deleted it and it came back with no title. Deleted it again and now it's gone but still shows a 1 in the messages icon at the top of the board. Nice juicy glitch. Tastes like spam. Always a new message in my box. ;)

~edit~

Murphy's law. As soon as I posted this the 1 message at the top of the page went away. Hopefully that means it's handled. :)

~edit#2~

I know DarkLink posted after I did but no need to cluter the thread.
My reprieve was only temporary and I'm still having the problem as well. :(

[QUOTE="DrFish62"]When GameSpot was redesigned, blog integration across all of the CNET sites was done purposely. I don't like it either, but I don't see it changing anytime soon.Dracula68

I also don't like it but I think all these sites are tied in such a way that trying to fix this would likely mess other things up(BTW, I know nothing of coding and such---just a guess on my part)

@DrFish62: Yeah and I know exactly why it was done. It makes it look like those other sites have a bunch of people using the site, for marketing purposes. I'm on the fence about it. On one side I'm like you and don't like it but on the other I'm all for making money so whatever. I'm not asking them to change that I'm asking for us to be able to block our blogs from being viewed on one site and not the others. Right now it's all or nothing. You either have the three sites show or not. As I discoverd last night MP3.com allows you to hide your profile without any effect on GameSpot, MovieTome or TV.com. All I want is to be able to do that with the other sites individualy.

@Dracula68: I'm not much better than you, I know just enough to be dangerous. It would be pretty easy to hide blog window information without removing it. I have no idea what doing what Phaz suggested would take but it still sounds like a great idea. What I've started doing temporarily is changing the text color on the MovieTome and TV.com sites to white making it more difficult to read. The fact that the blog type shows in a different default color on those sites demonstrates that some separation is possible.
