Agreed, I am not a Republican at all, I am a conserative Democrate but I do hold to my faith because this is what I see in the world and this is what I see as the truth. I do have faith but thats only the start, once you have faith then you start to see the truth of the world and then things make so much more sence.

surrealnumber5

the idea of faith, you realize... is essentially coming to conclusions without evidence?

like how you conclude others capital is yours by right

whose capital is mine?

In a recession, yes i think folks with means to spare should sacrifice more than people starving to death. In a united country, that would seem the obvious method for strengthening the country... unless greed overrode patriotism.

I dont think you get economic theory.

surrealnumber5

explain this one to me.

the principlce of it all is, ill throw out my 401k, my health insurance, my social security, my car insurance, basically every right i have... because we no longer need them, because the free market is gonna handle all that stuff.

can you rationalize how those are rights?

rights as in ordained by a higher power? well i guess they arent.

But the philosophy also brings american workers closer to chinese child labor wages. Is that the goal for american workers? i dont know, i would hope not

There's no facts or evidence in conservative economics?

I'm an atheist and a conservative.

You fail.

I'm done.

SpartanMSU

what are the facts supporting conservative economics? Is there a conservative economic policy country we can look to for motivation?

Its basically the we will eat nothign but butter theory. "I want to lose weight, so im gonna eat nothing but butter!" "But nobody has ever lost weight eating nothing but butter!" "Thats why its crazy enough to work!"

[QUOTE="mindstorm"]Though I myself am not a Republican, I disagree. As far as religion, I do not take a "hope for the best" and "blind faith" mentality with regards to my my religious beliefs. I hold to my religious beliefs because I find them to be logical and based in reality.OmegaAK47

Thats economic theory right? throwing caution into the wind because the invisible hand of the market will somehow take care of all of us? thats called blind faith.

Whenever ive been graded, ive always been good at economic theory.

to the top because both religion, and conservativism are baseless, illogical and worthless idealogies.

this one about her john wayne gacy hometown pride?

or is it about the founding fathers hating slavery?

bachman, and all republicans, just get it.

EDIT: but technically John Wayne Gacy was a hard working job creator. So he was totally cool for repubs.

Why do you keep bringing up the OT with stoning children to death? I'm guessing you want to target Christianity because you mention priests. You know those laws for the the Isrealites. The OT laws were no longer needed after the ressurection of Jesus. Just saying, for someone who is trying to talk about knowing things better, you don't know this.

Hatiko

dont want to trarget christianity.. islam loves stoning people to death. The reasonable bible, also encourages stoning peop;e to death. All religion is equally tolerant on stoning people to death.
