[QUOTE="Sunfyre7896"][QUOTE="mattisgod01"]Yeah right. Like that's gonna happen. They're too worried about trying to save a buck by both outsourcing jobs and giving less for more (think smaller portions and cheaply made products here). Money makes this world go around and the U.S. is no different than any other nation. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. It's easier to just keep the status quo and pay off some politicians too so that the dough just keeps a rollin in. Some change needs to be made but I don't ever see it happening. In the meantime, people will just stand up the only way they can. . . . On the Gamespot forum. ;) There are countries and places in this world where the gap between rich and poor is not getting wider. It actually keeps itself stable or even gets smaller with time. So a change is possible you just need the political will and the will of the people of course. But as long as americans defend their beloved version of "free market" I don't see that happening there. The Debt isn't the real problem in the US just a clear symptom that people can point to. The problem is the massive gap between rich and poor. When the Top 400 Richest Americans have more Wealth then the Bottom 150,000,000 then maybe its time to consider spreading some of that wealth.
