I think it would probably be a good idea if you read the sticky threads at the top of this board. It'll help you steer clear of things we discourage, like making recommendation threads outside of the official recommendation thread. Keeping recommendations all in one place makes it much easier to find the other discussions going on in the board, plus you get to read all the advice in one place.
The only place that's appropriate for a system comparison thread like this one is in System Wars. Please keep the discussion in this forum about the PS3.
