It may be on sale, but it's up to the consumers whether or not they decide to spend their money on this. In the end, the consumers will define if this sucks or not.
I guess that in order to rate a game, I have to play it first. Malicious is being given for free on PsPlus and I gave it a chance despite the low scores. I don't like the game at all and I can say it because I played it first. I have the first Dead Island and it's a good game for the price I paid, and I recommend all of you guys to play/try this sequel first and then rate it subjectively. I don't have anything against the reviewer, but sometimes Gamespot seems suspiciously interested in damaging the releasing window of some games. I might be wrong of course, it's just a slight feeling of suspicion.
This is a very elegant way to say "We always play it safe". Personally, I'd like Nintendo to be as bold on their franchises as they're on hardware. Mario and Zelda are great, but please come up with something new!!
I'm really happy for From Software. Since the old King's Field days, they always tried to do something great, making efforts to improve their vision, learning with each new game, step by step. Now they have this mesmerizing monster called the Souls franchise, and I can't be happier for them.
Incredible... I've been looking forward to this game since I saw it on an E3 coverage from a 2000 Gamepro magazine... it's 2013 now, and after 13 years, the game sucked.
