What good are these controller touchscreens? I don't want to look a 1" screen when I have a 55" TV and try to be precise with my big clumsy fingers.

I think alot of HP Lovecraft novels took place in Salem or towns like Salem as well. Gamespot, why has this game gotten 2 postings, but you've almost completely ignored Triumph Studios 02/06/13 announcement of Age of Wonders 3? I never saw one article about them scroll by and I read the news on this site everyday. I had to search age of wonders 3 to see you posted a video on 02/06/13. Give some love to a small developer who (so far) has made a great series of Age of Wonder games.

He doesn't state that MS should be focusing on pleasing hardcore gamers...he says MS should be leveraging their casual market better.

Wow, he kinda looks like he plans to stab Bill Gates to death in that picture. Can someone explain to me what his point is? He just rambles on, saying MS bungled the xbox by doing this but they aren't taking full advantage of doing this , blah, blah, blah.

When in doubt make a favorable number up. If Sony/MS block used games it will have an initial impact on sales. Once popular games are released, the console companies will chip away at the initial reluctance. They will probably lose 10-20% of the sales they had in this generation, until blocking used games becomes the expected norm. However, if one company blocks used games and the other does not, the company that blocks used games will get crushed. Wii U won't outpace Sony or MS, because the Wii U is comparable to the current generation. MS/Sony will be on the cutting edge with games easily ported between them and the PC.

Sony states they will not block used games, but I believe they intend to put the technology in place to allow developers/publishers to do it (if they choose). MS looks to have more control over their system...requiring a Kinect and constant online connection, etc. Requiring a constant online connection will have a more negative impact on sales than blocking used game sales.

The HDMI or USB ports would only be cool if you can hook the system to your PS3/4 and/or PC to play games on a large screen with a real controller. This way you can continue your game after traveling on a large screen TV or vice versa. Why would I want to hook it to a large TV and use the units mini-controllers?

There's some other features I'd rather see, such as some interrnal memory, say 16 GB + so you don't need a memory card. Cheap replaceable slide in/screen protectors (since those after market sticky ones don't work well). A controller style conical grip attachment would be nice (as was available for the PSPgo). A lighter VITA with longer battery life would be nice to add into the mix as well. The VITA is considerably heavier than the PSP.

Wow, that protest drew huge numbers...3 and one is the games creator. Does that reflect the Wii U or the Rayman fan base? As for Ubisoft's decision, why not capitalize on the lack of games for the Wii U and release it now...there will be more competition in September. You can always release the PS3/Xbox versions when they are ready at a later date. I don't understand the need to release all three platforms at once.

I can see them selling Kinects with every new Xbox, but I don't see why it would be mandatory to play games (unless that game requires a Kinect to play).

I don't understand the point of this new network. Their new programming line-up sounds painful to watch. I can watch the Food Network or the Travel Channel for cooking/food/travel shows. How much is there to say about cars? Wow that car looks cool...next. Politics/World Affairs? Fox, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, CNN Headline News, C-Span, and like a half dozen networks already do that crap. Men's fashion...yeah, no thanks...you're right I'd rather play video games than watch that crap.

Shows featuring video game reviews and technology are still desired. It's not enough to base a whole network around, but would still make for some different programming that's not found on clone channels that clog up cable/satellite programming. When you can't find anything but Ninja Warrior, Cops and Cheaters to fill up 21 hours of programming, do you really expect to be successful with this esquire crap? Sigh.

So how exactly does a comment I posted in Obsidian/Star Wars article end up here in a Sega article Gamespot?
