GTA does not deserve it either. The atmosphere and the city are the best and only good parts about the city. The campaign is dragged out and reptative, easily one of the worst in the series. If the city didnt feel so real i would give the game an 8.5, but since it does id say its a 9.0.

As for MGS4 i really enjoyed it, the story got a little crazy, but it was an outstanding game. Did it deserve a 10? With gamespots rating system i would say yes, because i would personally give it a 9.8. Its not perfect, but its a hell of a game.

Probably, but do you blame them. Also, arent the Spiderman films getting a reboot too? similar to the batman films rebootAnjunaddict
It would be cool, but i thought the first spiderman film was good, the second was decent, and the third was trash. They just need to not make a mockery out of content and take it seriously, thats why the new batman movies are great, becaue they are giving batman the respect he deserves.

Why would you consistanly sell the system after you bought it? I say buy one, and keep it. All 3 systems have games worth playing and worth keeping the console for.

Not a surprise and not interested, after the impressions im hearing from the 360 demo ill be passing up buying the PC version. Wait, i passed the PC version after Ubisoft decided to implement their stupid DRM on all their games.

I agree with your comments about the first. I cant believe i bought it over mass effect. I have never tried the second game on account of how much i hated the first.

I thought the first was a more rounded game. The multiplayer in R2 was awful, the graphics seemed like a huge downgrade, the coop was fun, but i would have prefered splitscreen coop like in the first game, and the campaign was good, but they should have kept the weapon wheel and other things. They tried to hard to make it like other modern shooters.

Its a huge shame. Its about time we had a fantasy shooter that was actual good. would make a huge change from the rehashing crud the genre has become.Birdy09
Besides tech videos and some screen shots we knew almost nothing about the game. With the exception of a few leaked gameplay vids, we had no idea about how good it could be. It was just a game hyped for its graphics, nothing more. The only thing we are losing are what our imaginations thought that game could be.

Well.. it could have sold more if it wasn't so meh.. I played it once and never, ever touched it again. It's just so...boring...Desmonic

I was very interested in the game but could never convince myself to pay 60 bucks for a game notoriously short as heavenly sword.

both are great looking games but i dont want to call which is better untill i get to play splinter cell for myself. From those screens splinter cell has some great enviromental details, while only 1 or 2 of the MGS4 shots dont show the enviorments to well which is a shame because like you said, in the later acts they look really good.
