HAH and cows spent months trying to convince everyone that its really a game not a demo. You cant have it both ways. Its being sold as a game with an almost full game price so obviously it should be judged against other games.

Actually I remembered wrong its 1280x1080, impressive for a game that looks that good but still a far cry from true 1080p.

Controller? and isn't the PS3 getting some DLC of it's own as well. Anyway if people prefer the PS3 controller and don't buy DLC why wouldn't they pick up the version that is on the more reliable system?jangojay

If there is any more DLC it will be for both consoles.

Well they alwayz have had better graphics then forza games im more hyped that they are going to be adding crash effects through an update. Cant wait to see how it turns out then it will truelly look more realistic with crash effects.

No Forza Graphics > GT4 Graphics. Of course if you look at in the context of platform GT4 pushed the PS2 far more then Forza pushed the Xbox.

Um 720p is an extremly low resolution by PC standards amd the PS3 can barily do that, quite often with the better looking games its lower.

360 hardware has a better upscaler and thats why most of the 360 titles have 1080p on the back of the box, yes its misleading but its upscaled to that reslolution.

Correct. The PS3 can only scale on two axises using software. Some games build scaling into the engine like NGS and MLB 08 but most dont.

NGS and MLB are 720p, not 1080p and they are upscaled by software. GT5 is fake 1080p (renders in 960x1080) which takes advantage of the hardware scalor which only scales on one axis. Not sure about NBA 07 and 08 but they look like **** anyway.

It goes from hated to loved to hated depending on whether or not it serves the person's purpose. I've often seen the same people who scream about it being fake, using it in a point later.

Honestly, I've never seen a single thing to show it fake, therefore, I consider it to be accurate.

Look at their monthly numbers just before NPD comes and then after when they are corrected. They are often off by as much as 100%. They are not to be used for current sales. Their NA and Japan numbers are only as accurate up to the latest NPD and Media Create numbers and their europe sales are only accurate after the quartely sales reports.

It will still probably sell twice as many units WW over the year.
