I know I will get hate comments but I would recommend you to avoid Crysis series. Crysis success is related with terrific graphics but now its nothing special. We have Max Payne 3, Witcher 2, Metro 2033, Battlefield 3 etc. You have choice to see incredible graphics and in my opinion much better gameplay. Crysis is like benchmark. You can destroy everything, explore the island but thats all. Gunplay is bad, audio in crysis 1 is very poor, story with chinese and aliens is very cheap. In my opinion its just bad game. Good benchmark but bad game. I would suggest you to play Stalker series if you are looking for open world FPS game. Stalker Call of Prypiat is the newest and its 10x better game excluding graphics(although its still decent with mods).

About Crysis 2... well its call of duty in future. With latest patch adding hires textures + dx 11 its one of the best looking game on the market but still I think its waste of your time. Besides with this patch you need really powerful machine. Even my i5 2500k, 8gb ram, gf560ti had slowdowns. Although it looked awesome on 40' tv HD :)

I've just ended my 2 hour game sessions with Assasins Creed Revelations and I've enough. Enough of playing **** games. This game is too easy and its not even enjoyable. I can kill 40 guards with one button. In AC games we have mature plot with the most childish gameplay i've ever witnessed. Ubisoft have problems with piracy ? Well gamers have problems with games. Make the f*g games not semi-interactive movies. If I want to watch the movie then im going to cinema. Ubisoft are amators. THey think good graphics and music with story makes the game worthy.

I hope when Assasins Creed 3 will be released media will not sell their reviews to ubisoft.

2 days go I bought Need for Speed Hot Pursuit(newest version) because it was cheap as hell and I my friend wanted to play with me in multiplayer. I was really sceptical because I dont appreciate any NFS since Need for Speed 4: High Stakes. I hated NFS Underground series, prostreet is a joke, undercover same. So after 2 hours of playing NFS Hot Pursuit I was.... suprised. I couldnt bieleve that new Need for Speed game could be so enjoyable. Its just pure fun. Speed, cars, graphics and awesome music. Multiplayer is a blaaast. So fun to race with 7 opponents. Although Im not a fan of drifting and theres a lot of it ;/

Still I like the direction of Need for Speed series and after Hot Pursuit I think of purchasing Most Wanted but after the price drops a little.

People dont realize that Battlefield series are not about single player. Its all about Multi, single player is only an addon. Acutally I liked the campaign. It was like interactive movie thats. Some mission were great some would be great but lot of scenes were in trailers and that ruin a little of suprise effect.

I agree with Crysis 2 with hires textures + dx11 mod. In my opinion the best graphics I've ever seen in computer game. Played it on TV too. Such a shame that gameplay isnt even near the quality of graphics.

Second place Im splitting between 3 games. Metro 2033, Max Payne 3, Battlefield 3.

Third place for Witcher 2.

4. Battlefield Bad Company 2 / Need For Speed The Run

I haven't played Skyrim, Shogun 2, Arma 2, Sleeping Dogs yet. They look amazing too.

Guys I suspected that some of You will point out my subjective opinion about comic books. I didnt want to insult anyone about this. I have 30 year old friend who has wife, good job and plan to make a kid :) Still when we hang out he shows me trailers of new spiderman, transformers, hulk movies and he loves that. So its not that everyone who likes comics are kids. Its all about me. Somehow I like to emphatize with characters in some point. Unfortunately comics looks for me like total abstraction and I cant really enjoy it. I like it when I was a kid but now I lost all the interest. Universe and created world have big impact on games. Its not about someone being insecure etc. I have friend who hate fantasy games/movies, other one hate sci-fi games/movies like star-trek, mass effect(even if the game looks fun, he loses the interest because of the scifi world). Other friend dont enjoy modern military games like Call of DUty or Company of heroes. Instead he loves to play league of legends. All of them is 23-30 years old :)

Do you have game titles which are very good in sense of gameplay, graphics etc. but u u dont enjoy playing it because of universe, characters and created world ?

Im not enjoying any games that universe is related with popular comics. I played Batman Arkham Asylum which has very solid gameplay and smooth graphics but still I feel empty playing as a guy dress up as a bat who saves people. I just cant enjoy it despite of grtaphics, gameplay. Im not a fan of comic books. In my opinion all this super heroes are for kids(its just my opinion btw)

Next Game is League Of Legends. I love playing it. Its fun, competetive, multiplayer, dynamic action, cooperative with friends and with lot of action between human players. Still... I feel like Im in middle of pokemon war. Despite that every champion is a copy paste of someone from mythology, movie, other game, poculture etc. So we have Sparta guy with spear fighting against ninja who is supported by werewolve. This sparta guy just want to ambush this 2 champions forcing them to chase near bushes. In bushes we have waiting a yeti champion to kill this 2 enemies. Thats just WRONG. No originality and everything looks like pokemon with this childish graphics. ;/

Why not ? Whats the point of single player games then ? In my opinion if game is hard then its your experience is more enjoyable. You actually feel taht you kill a dragon in Dark Souls instead of killing dragon in skyrim which has feeling similar to killing a fly insect. Although the main reason why people are bored with games nowadays is a fact that some of us are getting older
